Riverside Eye Center

The staff there are all the sweetest people the Dr could tell I was nervous about stuff going so close to my eye and she would remind me to breathe and that it's okay my eye was fully numb I didn't feel anything I just have PTSD and really struggle with anyone that close to my face she was amazing and didn't get frustrated with me like my last eye specialist that made it a much easier process for me she was also very thorough a lot of testing but it made me feel better knowing that she was so thorough Definitely recommend them

Used to see Dr. Whittaker but then he moved to surgery only. The doctor I then started seeing left the practice. When I called up for an appointment I was told I was no longer in the practice and I've seen them for over 20 years. My loyalty meant nothing to them. Just keep that in mind, they'll dump you and never notify you of that! This place has gone downhill since Dr. Whittaker had his small practice.

I couldn't get past the open ad on the voice menu system for a free life alert... it just kept going on and on and never allowed me to break in to speak with someone in scheduling. No thank you, pass!

Drop you like a bad habit for any reason possible. If you do not make them monthly money they don't want to deal with you.

Very satisfied with riverside eye center. Staff is courteous, respectful and dont waste your time. If compared to previous eye care expiriences this was by far the superior one. Strongly recommend.

I had my first visit at riverside eye center they are very professional and very friendly. They took the time to explain everything in simple terms for me. Had my eyes dilated for the first time the doctor explain the whole process and she saw me sitting in the car after the appointment she wanted to make sure I was still doing all right. She took the time to care even after the appointment. A+ service all the way.

I had the absolute BEST experience at this facility and will recommending to others. I am 23 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing migraines and vision distortion for months. I had tried everything I could think of and had no relief. Riverside got me in within a couple of days. The staff was so personable and made me feel so comfortable. They treated me like a priority and got me further testing that day. There was some waiting involved as they needed to consult with other specialists and during that time checked in on me, brought me water, told me where the bathrooms were etc. Honestly these small acts go such a long way. Both the staff and Dr. Sullivan called me later on to check in on me and explain everything that was going on very thoroughly to ease my worries. I felt like I was finally getting answers and it was such a relief. They made such a great impression on me and I wish there was more I could do then just write them a glowing review!

Dr. Sullivan is amazing, as is the entire staff. After my eye exam, the doctor explained that she wanted to run more tests, including dilating my eyes, and said they could do it then. I explained that I had my law finals & needed to be able to study, so we just did the other tests & I was scheduled to return the following Tuesday. However, two days later, I received a call from Dr. Sullivan, it was her day off, but she asked me to call her on her cell phone. I did, and after discussing my multiple sclerosis, she asked if it would be okay if I returned the following day, Friday, instead of waiting for the Tuesday appointment. I agreed. They treat you as if you are their only patient! If I have severe eye pain, worsening vision, or a spell of sudden blindness, I know I can call Riverside any time of the day or night, weekday or weekend, and someone will always call me back!
