Although there staff was very nice there hours are terrible. I had to get my son out of school early just to get his glasses because they close at 3:30. I also had problems when i wanted to order my contact lenses. They wanted me to go for a fitting even though I have warn the same contact brand for 13 years. I pretty sure it was a money scam but I was going to do it any ways. When I called to make my appointment they said they could only schedule me on Monday or Wednesday. I'm limited on when i can take time off of work. Not everyone has the choice to work 2 days a week. My family and I will not be going back there again.

Outstanding medical care. I trust my eyes and physical standards to Dr Wolf and his able staff for years. My primary need covers a yearly FAA Flight Physical and vision check. Flexible to work my schedule and changes to it. Excellent support of related admin from FAA to prescriptions - with careful record tracking over the years. Their care served me all over the world. Worth the hour+ drive each year.

Pushy staff. Poor service. Bad hours. Horrible client relations. There are more than a dozen other options in the Lewiston/Auburn area, picking anyone of them over Wolf Eye Associates would be advisable. Was not allowed the lenses I picked, not because of insurance, but because of doctor's preference. Daughter was misdiagnosed. All around bad experiences with this office, including unsanitary conditions in offices and waiting area.

What a horrible experience dealing with this business! The provider who does contacts left and they never informed their customers. I found out by calling to make an appointment. They gave me an exteremly hard time about it. Spoke with the supervisor, who didn't say anything other than " I don't know" or " I don't know what to tell you". Each rep. gives different information. Ended up being charged more for my contacts than anticipated. This place is full if people who seem like they cannot and don't care about their jobs. Also, had 2 months of an issue with ordering contacts the first time with them. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

i ordered a new pair of glasses and i thought they closed around 4 or 5 and so yesterday i was about 2 go and pick them up when i checked the time they were closed it said 3:30 so i just went earlier and they had a sign on the door saying they closed at 12 pm for training and i didnt know that until i went so dint even try going now

People were there who had been waiting for almost two hours to get in even though they had an appointment, bad atmosphere, and the staff was very unhelpful.

Received glasses. They were stolen. Not in a great locations. Plasma center nearby. Caution.

Very friendly and clean environment. Dr Wolf is especially pleasant to interact with.
