I agree that ONLY Dr. Lee is friendly. Such AWFUL women work in that office that I've left with a panic attack from withholding anger more than once. After my last HORRIBLE experience throwing easy money at them to put lenses I'm frames I already owned (during which I grabbed the wrong card and one of the terrible women felt the need to announce to the room my card declined, at which point I just rolled my eyes and handed her a new one) I didn't even want to go back for my own glasses, I sent my husband to get them instead ans had them fitted elsewhere. HORRIBLE experiences over and over. I waited 3 years to write this with no improvement. Never going back.

Only doctor lee was friendly. Woman in the office had such an attitude and criticized me for my choice in glasses. Making me want to leave quickly almost crying, and then sending me the wrong glasses, and didnt call and tell me they were in. I never want to go back and wouldnt reccomend to anyone ever.
