Have been with Maine Coast Eye Care for many years now. Dr. Bogdan and Nicole have been excellent to work with. They are always very thorough and keep me well-informed about what is going on with my eyes, explaining each test and the results, as did Dr. Dreher before his retirement. Always a pleasure to visit with them, as well. I can highly recommend their services.

I have never had a doctor take the time to get to know me and understand my goals for my eye wear in the way Dr. Bogdan did, and he helped me find a much better solution than what I was currently using from my past Doctor. This office violated my HIPPA rights after I requested a copy of my records and they refused, multiple times which is against HIPPA rules - I was told by Nicky the receptionist that Dr. Bogdan refused to release my records until I pay remaining balance on account which is illegal to do. I had to report to Office of Civil Rights to get my records. Receptionist said things that were way out of line - unprofessional to say the least!
