The personalized attention, knowledge, and time given by the optical manager was some of the best customer service & patient care I have received in a very long time. Absolutely will be back!!

Since even before my husband and I showed up for our appointment Karizma was on top of things. She called, told us what to expect and made sure we had no questions. Then the day of our appointment she was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.

I purchased my first pair of glasses at this location in 2017. When trying them on to see if they needed adjustments and if I could read through them, I informed the optometrist that I could not read through my new bifocals. After him telling me, more than once, that I just needed to get used to wearing bifocals and me telling him I was used to bifocals because I had been wearing them for approximately 8 years by that time, I finally left with the glasses. I finally gave up on struggling to read with them and went back to BJ's optical. There was a woman there this time and she quickly discovered that my glasses had been made incorrectly and ordered a corrected pair of glasses. Fast forward one year: One morning I picked my glasses up from the nightstand and they split into two pieces. I went back to BJ's and the male optometrist was there. He informed me that I was 10 days past my one year warranty. He eventually said he would give me a discount on a new pair. AFTER I purchased a new pair of glasses, without getting the advertised two pair for $99.00, to include bifocals and sunglasses, the optometrist gave me a business card for someone who could repair my original pair of glasses. Why didn't he give me this information before I made a purchase? The only reason I did not demand, not ask, my money be refunded is that I needed glasses and wanted a plastic (the pair giving me problems was thin metsl) frame this time for what I hope will be durability. The optometrist was deceitful and unhelpful a year ago and nothing has changed. Yesterday, I received a call that my glasses are ready. I will pick them up but I WILL NEVER purchase glasses from BJ's optical again. I plan to get a back-up pair from a different provider so that I will not have to go back to BJ's optical if the pair I purchased from there break. I am very upset with the deceitful practice occuring at this business.

I ordered 2 pair of glasses with the promise that they would be ready in 3 days(I paid extra). After being lied to several times by the Optical Manager, I had to cancel my order. Terrible customer service!!
