Everyone is very friendly and welcoming! The tech who brought me back to prepare for the visit was very thoughtful about my concerns. The doctor was very thorough and helpful when trying to get the correct prescription (Dr. Butterworth). The tech after my visit, Madison, was very helpful in picking out glasses. And the front desk staff during checking in and out were very friendly and fun! An all around pleasant experience.

I had an excellent experience at Katzen! Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The doctor had an amazing personality, very thorough, professional, and explained everything perfectly. He anticipated all of my questions before I even had a chance to ask, which made the visit feel seamless and informative. The waiting room was quite busy, and for me and my husband, our appointments took about 2.5 hours. While the wait was a bit long, everyone remained friendly and accommodating, which made the experience much more pleasant. Overall, I felt well cared for and would highly recommend Katzen!

I had a great experience from the front desk, through out the prep for the Doctor. The staff answered all my questions and were very skilled in completing their jobs by being very courteous and knowledgeable. The Doctor was excellent and explained everything to me. I love Katzen Staff.

From the front desk, eye examiner tech, the doctor to the schedule coordinator, they were all professional, shows great friendly, express wonderful and good at their part of doing their job! Constantly ask if I have any questions, explained, what they will be doing, meaning the cataract procedure. The Katzen group are an awesome group. I got dilated and was a little nervous my nurse who's name I forget dark skin beautiful hair super friendly wearing a mask. I wasn't feeling good after dilation and she gave me crackers and juice and I felt better so I really appreciate her for this! Dr was nice too but the nurse went above and beyond so thank you :)

Excellent customer care! They are very thorough and take time to listen to your concerns and help you choose the best option for your future. The entire team is well versed and they work together seamlessly!

The practice has some great technology for patient convenience. The clear-wave made check in easy with card scanning. Dr Butterworth was very pleasant and was willing to share and review images with the patient. I liked the Nikon-Optos machine. The linking of Nextgen Healthcare software with the eye imaging would help the doctor with changing to a different station.

My appointment wait was very short. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ive been going to Dr. Loskot for many years. I have followed him from his previous office. Always a good experience.
