Duane was top tier , came in with a set of glasses that another Walmart vision center said is a lost cost and he said well let me try and to my surprise he came back with them fixed. "DUANE" is indeed a MAN and is exceptionally helpful. Walmart has been unable to FIND a doctor who wants to work there. We have had fantastic service from Abingdon Walmart Vision Center. It is well worth bringing your prescriptions here.

I absolutely LOVE the Walmart Vision Center. The staff and Dr. Loskot are very professional and the patient/customer comes first. I have been going here for 10 years. The level of service, knowledge and genuine desire to help the patient is amazing. GREAT with kids also. Thank you!

The worst costumer service ever! "Duane" (which I don't believe is the woman's name that I was speaking with) was rude and unhelpful. She would not take my payment over the phone (although I've paid over the phone before). She would not validate my prescription because their doctor moved to a new practice and they are not honoring his Rx. She pretty much recommend I go to Katzen because that's where there doctor was now (another practice!!) I went to Walmart instead of a small private practice because I wanted simple and easy. No! Buyer Beware! At a time when your dollar is precious, and you have a choice, DONT GO TO WALMART VISION in Abingdon MD. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

These people are completely unprofessional and unethical. They falsify information and try to charge you fees out of pocket that insurance covers. FYI....It would not be an unbelievable assumption to state that racism exists in this office....YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! P.S....I had to give some type of star rating. However, if it were up to me...I would give them zero stars!

Terrible terrible experience here. I was told the doctor was nice and friendly apparently it was a lie. The rest of the staff is very unprofessional and seemed very unknowledgeable except for their manager Justin. Wouldn't go back they aren't very clear at explaining things. Place is a joke
