Well to say my daughter and I had a good experience would be an understatement. It was eye opening! Starting with an appointment that was prompt, to a pleasant experience with the staff and the doctor. The prices and wide selection of frames and lenses were like top shelf. Plus Taylor Bishop was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I was really impressed with her ability to explain things in a clear and concise manner. Throughly a really good experience. I have to recommend if you need glasses..... go here.

I had a wonderful experience at AB in Bel Air with Dr Kim and Zahra. They were patient and well-versed helping me make the best choices for my insurance and for my needs. We went through many pairs of glasses yet she stuck with me and made it an enjoyable experience. As a result, I was able to use some unexpected discounts because Zahra wanted me to get the best value for my money. Overall, both Dr Kim and Zahra were an absolute delight and made this trip true vision care. Thank you!

I took my prescription from my eye doctor to America's Best. I looked at glasses for a minute then I sat down with Naomi to complete my order. As soon as she saw the prescription she knew something was wrong. There are two calculations on the prescription called ADD. Naomi said she had never, in all the years she has been doing this, seen those two numbers not match. Wow! She didn't feel comfortable just taking those numbers as written. I ended up taking the prescription back to the eye doctor for correction or verification. Turns out the one number was in fact wrong. The prescription was eventually faxed back to Naomi a few days later. I am now waiting for the glasses to come in from the lab. Thank you Naomi for catching this and thank you to all of the very friendly and professional staff at this location.

Zahra was truly a joy to work with. She greeted me with kindness and made me feel valued from the start. She took her time, explained every option with clarity, and helped me make informed decisions without any pressure. She made sure my glasses will fit perfectly and feel comfortable, which gave me so much confidence in my choice. Her patience, knowledge, and warm spirit stood out the entire time. I left grateful for her care and attention. People like Zahra make the whole experience better. I would recommend her to anyone.

We scheduled our appointment at 9:15. First appointment of the day. The doctor, Dr. Kim, came walking in nonchalantly with her coffee at 10:15. Waited until 11:30 to be seen. Would typically have walked out but I am going to be out of town for two weeks and needed a new prescription. I don't mind waiting but for the doctor to stroll in at her leisure an hour late with no apology.

Supposed to be 2 pair of progressives for $159 and when I sat down after the exam the woman tells me $685 for two pair. I asked about the offer and she says ohh and still trys to hard sell every upgraded everything she can. I had to tell her never mind I'll go somewhere else. At that point I had to tell her I want the price as advertised and still wanted me to spend over $300, So I got up to leave and she called me back and I got coating on one pair that still costed me $268 for two pair. Watch out for the pressure sales and bait and switch tactics they use. This is the LAST time I go there for anything and I may break one pair at 11 months just to get a new pair free.

The people are very nice! The price is good but the wait is aweful!!! My appointment was at 10:20 and I am still waiting to see the doctor at 10;56. I got a pre test but really the wait needs help. Should have more than one doctor
