I received my new glasses but they were not working right so I went back to their office. They explained that theygave me the wrong prescription. They then said I had to pay to get the right prescription. They wanted me to repay for the frames that I already bought. Afterwards, I was told that I didn't owe any more money. That was until they sent me a bill for more money. I don't feel that they are a very honest company. They keep trying to get more money from me.
