I've been going here for quite a few years, and can't say enough good things about this location. I love Dr. Hayes, he is always friendly and explains everything in detail, and is very thorough. I have a difficult time picking out my eyeglass frames, and the staff always helps me with it. A+++

Gary and Tiffany at MyEyeDr. at the Festival helped me with an eyeglass emergency recently. Their caring attitude and thoughtfulness were much appreciated. I can see why so many others have praised this location.

MyEyeDr at the festival has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were extremely helpful in finding the right eye glasses for my daughter and I. They were also very patient with my 7 year old and made it an enjoyable experience for her. The doctors are very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. I would highly recommend them!

I do not recommend using this facility. These are not real optometrists. I was seen by Adel Ebraheem, who had an awful bedside manner and completely misdiagnosed me. He told me I needed prescription glasses and insisted on dilating my eyes because he "saw something." When I asked for clarification, he cut me off and immediately tried to push another appointment and a glasses purchase. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion from a licensed optometrist. After running several thorough tests, they confirmed my eyesight is fine and that I only need simple over-the-counter readers for phone or close-up reading. This experience showed me that My Eye Doctor is not a trustworthy place for proper eye care. It felt more like a sales pitch than medical care. I especially would not recommend seeing Adel Ebraheem, who was unhelpful and only seemed interested in selling me prescription glasses I did not need.

Terrific optometrist, but their eye glasses department is a joke. I started a warranty repair for broken glasses with them. It has been over a month, and they are still "failing inspection" multiple times supposedly. Don't expect timely service.

Absolutely disappointed in the woman doctor here, called numerous times in the beginning of the year desperately trying to get an appointment because I could hardly see out of my eye. Got an appointment and she called me and told me there was nothing she could do and to cancel the appointment. All I needed was a referral to a retina care specialist and they wouldn't. Now because I had to wait for another doctors office appointment somewhere else just to get a referral my eye is going blind. I do not recommend this place at all!

Ruthann was incredibly helpful with service and was able to get everything ordered for me quickly. I had a couple issues with the contact lenses I was given a couple weeks after my initial appointment as they didn't help with my vision like they were supposed to. She got me back in with the doctor and got my new contacts ordered right away, both free of charge. She is awesome, and I could not recommend her enough!

My husband woke up with vision problems I can't thank Tiffany for helping settle my nerves and getting us a same day appointment with Dr.Hayes. Dr. Hayes we very insightful and carefully explained everything so we could fully understand what was going on. I whole heartedly recommend this office!
