Spent $650 bucks a year ago for lenses I can barely see out of, and was then told it was my fault since I didn't have my eyes checked at their store and for an additional $120 bucks for another eye exam MAYBE they could help me. So I ended up wearing my old glasses because I can see better with a 10 year old pair of glasses than with the lenses in my new overpriced glasses. RIP OFFS!

They're so nice! I actually made an appointment with them by accident thinking they were America's Best (do NOT go there). By the time I figured out what happened, I was late to the appointment but they accommodated me. All were extremely helpful and professional from reception to Dr. to frame fitting. No one tried to upsell me on anything. Went in stressed, came out cheerful. Thanks a bunch and will be coming back there from now on as well as making appointment for my son.

This was my 3rd time getting glasses here. They do a fantastic job explaining my options. Are super friendly, fast and my glasses are perfect. (The reason I starting coming here years ago was because of the other place with the gimmick 2 for 1 glasses with the not so truthful commercials.) Here they walk me through step by step with what I need, what's covered by my insurance and my options. Super happy!

Every experience I have had at Professional Vision has been exceptional. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I just purchased my first pair of prescription sunglasses here and they arrived quickly, and were properly fitted. They even gave me the original non-prescription lenses in case I want to change them out in the future. I highly recommend Professional Vision!

Excellent place in a convenient location in a newly-renovated shopping center. Staff is very very good and they treat you like a friend all the time. Very concerned for your personal welfare and this goes beyond just testing your eyes and doing glasses and contact lenses. Excellent diagnosticians of problems and really the nicest place to go for hands-on personal touch. Prices are in line with reality, not cheapo loss-leaders advertised by the big chains. Only wish there were more like this company!
