Absolutely adore Dr. Learner for her thoughtful approach to patients and her competence.
The struggle comes from front office staff and includes difficulty with scheduling appointments, disrespectful and dismissive manner at speaking with patients and lack of care if the patients will consider coming back or even scheduling an appointment.

Dr Lerner and her staff are awesome. Fast appointments and check in process but you are never rushed during the evaluation. Dr Lerner is very patient and takes time to listen to all your questions and is very methodical during the entire process. You don't feel like you are on autopilot and that is hard to find at other places. The best part is the doctor herself does all your evaluation including new vision prescriptions. The office staff is also very efficient and schedules are well kept.
