I dont even want to give them one star. I called ahead of time to cancel an appointment with them a week ago because my husband didnt have transportation to take our daughter. Then, today all of my kids had to leave school sick and vomitting so we forgot to cancel the appointment my son had today. What did the receptionist AND doctor do? They called my husband both yelling at him about how they arent getting paid because we missed our appointments. They also said they didnt care if my kids were throwing up or not we shouldve been there or called. I said well I'm sorry I guess we didnt think of that while the kids were vomitting everywhere and burning up with fevers. The school nurse said they sent home over a dozen kids for this and it was serious. I dont know what kind of crap goes on at this vision office but I'm glad I seen they're CRAZY before we took our kids there!!!!!!! Besides, she let us know how she was canceling all appointments and our family isnt allowed there. Psycho!?!?!?!?!?!?
