Overall Washington Eye was a very good experience. Good communications, timely responses, and good care from Dr. Flanders for the cataract surgery. My most recent visit with Dr Bhandari was not quite as positive but all in all OK. She seemed to be rushing through the appointment simply to get it done and move on. I would have liked to have had a more thorough explanation of the results of the eye exam, as compared to pre-surgery, and the choices as to new glasses. She was however. certainly efficient with the paperwork and I only hope my new prescription will turn out to be what I need. Please do not use my name re these comments

Overall Dr. Bhandari is an excellent physician. She diagnosed my contact lense prescription issues very quickly.. i would say her area of needs improvement is to listen a little bit better when patients are trying to provide her an update of their eye issues.

Dr. Bhandari and her assistant are very professional, attentive, and extremely polite. Dr Bhandari dedicates the necessary time to explaining your case and all the available alternatives to help with your recovery/improvement. She is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Bhandari saw me the same day I called for an urgent appointment. Good care. Very relieved to be seen so promptly. Unfortunately, this office no longer accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield which is quite extraordinary and very inconvenient.

Excellent dental office. Professional, personable & helpful staff. Office is fully equipped with lots of dental equipment to get the job properly done.

The exam was very thorough in all respects. Am hoping that the medication will relieve some ambient pain over time.
