The doctors and the staff are so incredibly professional and nice. There is sometimes a wait but that's because the Dr is good about taking his time with the patients and making sure all of our questions are answered. Be a patient patient and know that the wait is worth it.

It's important to let patients know when administrative changes have been made. In my case, I used to get a green (?) card to let me know it was time for an annual checkup. This year I didn't get one because the mailing the card to patients was terminated. But no one notified me of that, so it wasn't til well past my usual annual checkup that I remembered I hadn't met w/ Dr. Joseph. By the time I called for an appointment I had to wait another three months for one. Making administrative changes that reduce costs is fine, but when it affects patients they need to be informed the changes are made.

The Reception staff was very courteous and very attended to my needs. They also assisted me in the registration process by coming from out of their quarters into the waiting room. My doctor was also as wonderful and as nice as she could be and explained everything I needed to know step-by-step and told me what I had to do before the surgery. I had a wonderful wonderful experience and look forward to my next appointment.

One of the most confusing series of confirmation emails I have EVER received from ANY organization. Multiple corporate names were indicated with NO mention of my particular doctor. I was also asked both to confirm that was I coming and to register more than once. Clearly the parts of this bizarre system do not talk to each other. A very non-user-friendly experience.
