I do not recommend this location, and can't speak to others. I arrived early/on time for my appointment but they brought back someone else who was "there before me" even though her appointment time was after mine. No apologies from the front desk just repeated herself. Later when checking out I felt like it was in a car dealership being swindled on my contact prices . I asked for Costco matching as was done previously and was told yes. When brought up the price to pay the Costco price wasn't applied and only insurance. Was told it would be "double dipping" to get better price with insurance. I walked out with my rX and purchased online at Costco. Defensive employees that repeat themselves and don't work to be customer centric. On a positive note, Dr Wray was great.

I called in from MyEyeDr. location in McKinney Texas. I was looking for a frame that was discontinued and the lady I spoke with was amazing. I wish I got her name, but she took my request seriously and found the frame I needed. Very reliable team over there.

I came in two weeks ago for a lasik consultation to see Dr. Shah. My appointment was at 10 and I showed up by 9:50, signed in to kiosk and sat down to be called. At about 10:15 I got up to ask one of the three receptionists how long is a normal wait time, at first she told me the system showed that I hadnt signed in, which wasn't possible as I had been sitting across from her, then told me it was normally about 15 min before being called. At about 10:40ish I was called to the back and was assisted by I believe Nina. She was the only pleasant part of the experience as she explained to the two tests she was doing. After about a 10 min wait I was handed a folder and was told that if qualified I would receive a follow up phone call. I was confused and asked why the system had me choose a doctor if that wasn't even going to happen. As I said it's been two weeks and have received no email/phone call/pigeon carrier to say whether or not I'm eligible...very disappointed, my old eye doctor had recommended this office, I'll have to let him know about my experience as well. Giving one star as it wouldn't let me choose none

Everyone here was wonderful! Dr. Wray and all the staff were very patient, attentive, friendly, thoughtful, and punctual. When I ordered new contact lenses, they made special arrangements to have the delivery expedited without charging me and also gave me 2 boxes free immediately. I had been procrastinating on finding a new eye doctor after my previous doctor retired and am glad I chose here!

Wow. 10/10. No notes. Dr. Wray is absolutely phenomenal! She took the time to figure out how to help me and she didn't dismiss my symptoms. Couldn't ask for a better eye doctor! She's the real deal :)

Best experience I've had! Dr. Wray was responsive, quick, and thorough. She made the appointment enjoyable and was extremely helpful with tips for a new contact lens wearer. Allison at the front desk was incredibly professional and welcoming. And Mo provided great assistance for figuring out how to use contacts and picking out glasses. I can't recommend this location highly enough!

Dr.Wray was great. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Sharon was very helpful placing my order.

Great experience! Dr. Wray is kind, patient, knowledgeable and funny! Reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. I came in as a first-time patient and admittedly I'm still a bit clueless about how insurance works, but the staff were so patient and understanding. Beautiful and clean facility. Highly recommend!
