My mother, Renee is a patient of this practice. I have been bringing her in for eye appt.'s. Everyone is so warm, friendly and fun!! Everyone welcomes us with a smile and what I love the most is watching the staff interact with one another so wonderfully. Lots of laughter and great energy!! Customer service provided on this level is extremely rare these days. Keep up the good work as you continue to make patients feel good just by being you!!! Thank you for taking exceptional care of my mom.

Horrible billing. But Dr. Reginald Sanders is a star. All blame lies entirely on the front- and billing office. The office submitted my bill to a prior insurance, and after multiple calls to correct, they remain clueless. But, of course, continue to bill me for the in-network services. Further, the Chevy Chase location is like a crowded Metro station and the front-office reflects exactly that.

Dr Brian Do is an exceptional Dr who shows concern and care for my mother's eye issues. He always takes the time to explain to us what is really happening. I've been coming to this office since January 2024 for my retina detatchment & postoperative appointments. My Dr is Sobol. I absolutely LOVE Dr.Sobol, in fact I wish I had met him in 2003-2005 & maybe I wouldn't be blind in my right eye. Dr.Sobol gives me such great positive gems and encouraging words when it comes to the Left eye vision he's working on. He's truly about his patients & their wellbeing he even prayed with my mom during both of my surgeries before he did it. I feel so much hope that my vision is in great hands with Dr. Sobol & I didn't have that with my other Dr so that says a lot!!.. and Sr Sobol is funny without meaning to be sometimes. I even recommended him to my family and with No hesitation, my fb friend in NC even said you have an amazing Dr your recovery wasn't long, you still can see I wish my Dr was like yours!. Dr. Sobol has been nothing but a Wonderful God Send Blessing!! And that's the God's honest truth!! no matter how many surgeries I'll have I'll never choose nobody else but Dr. Sobol he truly knows what he's doing and goes above and beyond for his patients to feel comfortable and be able to have less fear! Everything isn't 100 perfect and he tells you that!! But he damn sure tries!! & that's all that matters!!

The billing department is incompetent! I have emailed them about a bill (on my mothers behalf)that was paid with evidence from her credit card company and no response and they never updated this on their portal. This is not an isolated incident, there have been several mishaps with this department.

The front office is very friendly and professional and is always ready to help you if needed. The technicians are always very friendly and pleasant and are spot-on with your eye problems. Dr. Brian Do is a caring, pleasant, outstanding doctor. He takes the time to explain all procedures and what to expect from them. He never seems to be in a hurry, but sits and listens to your questions. I so value his opinion and suggestions. RGW is an outstanding office and I'm so pleased to be able to be treated by these doctors and their staff.
