I have always found the staff polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Recently Dr Shindler diagnosed me with Macular Degeneration. He instructed his staff to call the retina specialist and get me an immediate appointment. They did and I was immediately treated. I am very grateful for Dr Shindler and his staff for moving quickly.

Make sure you get everything in writing because they will charge you a 45.00 office charge even though you are there for a procedure. They double dip every time you go through the doors.
Keep a copy of everything including your insurance quotes. You'll end up paying for the procedure and an office visit as well.
I'm dealing with stage 4 CKD and not
going to get ripped off by this guy.
I've paid 290.00 and still owe 90.00.
And,my eyes are just as bad as they were
before I went,they never did the cataract
surgery I went there for in the first place.
Also Humana paid them as well.

I'll never get to tell you about my moms time there or the even if the doctors done a good job or not because the receptionist that answered the phone was the worse one I ever had. She would not make my mom an appointment. I ask her did they not accept her insurance, she said yes they did. She kept saying my mom need to see someone else. I ask her do you not do eyeglasses? She said they do. Then I looked at the clock and saw that it was almost 4:30 and that's when they close. I never seen anyone not want to schedule an appointment for a business. So sad. Bad person answering your phones.
