Pensel & Walker

I can't say enough positive things about the quality of service they provide. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and accommodating. I really appreciate being able to have glasses/frames adjusted on a moments notice when I accidentally bump them etc. I would not consider going anywhere else for my glasses and frames.

Cannot say enough good things about Pensel & Walker. My first visit, I was greeted immediately, and was surprised as a walk in they started assisting me immediately even though they had a lot going on with other customers. They ending up accelerating the manufacture of my glasses so that I would have them in time for a trip I had the following week. Very competent, friendly, and went out of their way to make me a extremely happy customer.

I've been going to Pensel & Walker for a dozen years. Their team is wonderfully accommodating, helpful, patient--even long after your purchase, like when your frames need a tuneup or your nose pads have jiggled loose. They make things right, do their best to help you see clearly. Nice people.

We were at a home that we own in St. Michaels, although we are from Central PA, and my glasses broke on a Friday night. I quickly realized how much I depend on them. I had no immediate idea what to do. Saturday morning I spent doing research on the internet holding the two pieces of my glasses to see. I called and was told to come in and they would see what they could do given the limited number of opticians that they have staffing the facility on a Saturday. Off we went! The glasses couldn't be repaired with any degree of success. Luckily they had a frame that was similar to my lenses and they felt they could make it work. Work it did! They had to pull out retired equipment to grind the edges of the lens to make them fit. Prompt, courteous, professional service from professionals that really cared! I am so thankful for having had the opportunity to work with them. I can't get done saying enough about them. You won't go wrong with these folks!

They are laid back, not a lot of people sitting around and they do a good job with your glasses you don't have to go back and forth 2 or more times to be fitted, I love it.
