After checking in I couldn't make a payment through the self check in kiosk, due to new updated Medical card. I sat down and waited patiently for the receptionist to finish with another patient. After listening to them and having a good long talk, Fifteen minutes later I interrupted them and asked the receptionist about my payment which I knew it was $40 and not $20. She let me pay her while the tech had let me know she was ready for me to come back.
J Lo my tech was great, very respectful and efficient. Even applying the drops she had a Kleenex ready to catch the excess.
Dr. Young was very thorough and reassuring me everything looked great and will continue to keep an eye on things.

I understand that Dr Fridman was very busy today. He was a little rushed, but I believe that he was genuine and what I'm hoping he can do for me now and into the future. I'm happy that he took the time to also set me up with two other immediate appointments to have some other test run, which will give him more conclusive information of how he will handle my treatment concerning cataracts. Maybe during our next meeting, he won't be so rushed, but I do respect the time that was given today in hopes of pass experience be put behind me. Once the issues I'm having with my left eye have been taken care of and we are able to move forward I would like to have my right eye done successfully
by Dr Fridman. The technician that took care of me before seeing Dr Fridman was very professional as well as friendly.

The history of our practice dates back to 1968. That was the year in which Dr. David P. Mohr opened the first ophthalmology practice in Carroll County. He was dedicated to providing leading-edge solutions for a whole host of vision problems along with the highly personalized care that his patients would truly appreciate. It didn't take long for Dr. Mohr to become the trusted source of many area doctors for their patients' vision needs. In 1986, Dr. Wayne Barber joined him in his practice. Dr. Mohr retired in 1998, but our team continued to diversify with the addition of Dr. Cynthia Jun that same year and Dr. Robert Friedman in 2004. Soon after, our name was changed to Center for Total Eye Care.
