I went to this office this week and had such a wonderful experience! Every single person from the front desk to the Doctor was so friendly, helpful and efficient. The whole process was so fast, even with the multiple reasons I went in (exam, contacts, update old glasses, etc). Dr. Zarani was wonderful and taught me more about contact use than I had EVER gotten before wearing contacts for over 17 years. No one ever taught me to take contacts out 3-4 hours before bed or that contacts should not be worn every day and you should have breaks from wearing them. So thankful for this office!

I came to this location because they were able to get my child in super quickly for an eye exam. Dr. Vaxmonsky was great. He was amazing with my child and made him feel comfortable even though he was nervous about the eye machines. The tech who did the first part of the exam was also wonderful. I'm taking one point off because of the tech who helped afterwards with ordering glasses. I felt she directed me to the wrong section for children's glasses, and I may have ended up choosing frames that were too big for my son. I wish she had mentioned that those were adult glasses and offered a bit more help with sizing. When I called back with my concerns, the receptionists were super nice and helpful. They addressed everything and assured me I could exchange the glasses if there were any issues when they arrived. Overall, it's a great office, and I would still highly recommend them!

This is my first pair of glasses! Only the second eye exam in my life and they were very thorough. I saw Dr. Cooper - Gregory, Yolanda helped me pick out a pair of glasses, and Christina helped me adjust them once they arrived in the store for pick up. This was an amazing experience! I felt zero pressure, they were patient, I adore my glasses, I'm very thankful that I got evaluated and finally know what's going on with my eyes. I had a really bad experience out of my eye doctor in a different part of the state A decade ago, and this was just such a good experience. Thank you to everyone at the My Eye Dr on Londontowne Boulevard in Sykesville!!

I went to pick up my glasses and the nose pads were uneven so I asked her to adjust nose pad. She told me that it would be difficult to fix the notepad part of these glasses so should just get a new frame.Do i need to buy again? I asked another person to adjust nose pad he adjusted rightaway. I never had experience before.I never come again this place. Hope your service better!!

Seen in a timely manner! All staff is so nice and welcoming! The young lady Alyssa who did my pre screening was absolutely amazing, I normally don't like going to any Dr and she made me feel so comfortable. I would love to have her text time I come in for my exam! Dr cooper-Gregory is always amazing as well :-)

Dr Thomas Vaxmonsky is AMAZING. I travel over an hour to see him and he diagnosed me with an eye condition no one else was able to figure out. He is very attentive, personable, patient, and caring. I highly recommend him and his care.

Probably the best progressive lenses I've ever had. Extremely pleased - seriously. Dr. Vaxmonsky nailed it. Also got a perfect pair of readers. Next time I'll likely try the computer progressives he mentioned. In any case, totally pleased in all regards.

My nine year old was extremely nervous about the eye exam. The staff helped me choose a doctor that best suits her and set us up with matching appointments so she could watch me do the whole process first. The pre-exam technician was super supportive of her and Dr. Wyman was the absolute perfect choice. He was gentle and patient and took the time to show her what a difference her glasses will make in her vision. He handed us off to Maggie to help get our glasses ordered and she took her time to make sure we found something we loved and walked me through the best choice for us for payment (store specials vs. our insurance). Now I'm asked daily when we get to go back to pick them up.
