Julie is a great employee at the Eldersburg location! She's fantastic at her job, has a very pleasant personality, and was very helpful each time I was in that office. She assisted me with picking new frames and lenses and helped me again with a lens adjustment. A very nice person. Professional and down to earth. I recommend her for a raise.Thank you, Julie.

Eldersburg Eye Care is a great office led by Dr. Rennie. She is a super nice person who doesn't rush you and really knows her stuff! As a matter of fact she correctly diagnosed my eye issue after I was being treated by a different provider for an eye infection that didn't exist. The office staff are first class and also very friendly. I'd like to give a shoutout to Hannah who is one of the happiest and most caring person I've ever dealt with. Overall this office is excellent and definitely worth the extra drive it takes me to get there.

Doctor Rennie is fantastic! Always thorough and knowledgeable about my eye issues! Great "bedside" manner, kind and caring. Thanks for making the extra effort to call and check my eyes are ok after a procedure! The staff here is excellent as well!

I was super impressed with the professionalism, expertise and compassion of Dr. Rennie, Hannah , Julie and Jeanna. They were so accommodating with the scheduling process, provided great input for the selection of glasses, And provided a completely thorough examination. They covered all my questions A-to-Z. They have all my business moving forward.

Good reviews. Nice office. Just don't buy Maui Jim sunglasses from them. They seem like they just don't know about the product. I ordered a pair of red sands glasses and asked for HT lens (something you can order through sportsrx) after a short series of texts. They confirmed that they could complete the order that I wanted and even sent pictures of what I would be receiving. When I received the glasses, I noticed on my drive to the office that the lens were not HT lens' but rather the regular neutral grey. It seems as if they could've cared less and now I'm left feeling lied too. I wonder if they would have more attention to detail if it was their own $500 purchase? I urge anyone reading this review. Go to sportsrx or something similar and do not give this business your money. The bottom of their receipt says "thank you for your trust and confidence" well they lost both of those things from me today. ** Update - they tried telling me that text isn't a good way to communicate and that after taking my money, they wouldn't be able to order what I asked for. And what they said they could deliver. These people will rob you and then blame you for letting it happen. My fault for trying to go to a local business instead of ordering online.

Dr. Rennie's expertise and clinical knowledge go far beyond a basic eye check -- she takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly, which gave me complete confidence in my care. The office is spotless and welcoming, with the friendliest front desk staff who made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. The exam itself was incredibly thorough, and I loved that they used Optos retinal imaging so there was no need to dilate my pupils -- such a time saver and so comfortable. They also have a fantastic selection of frames, making it easy to find the perfect pair. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Rennie and her entire team!

For years, I have been searching for a new eye care office with a caring, knowledgeable eye doctor with a staff who is friendly and supportive, and offers a multitude of glasses to choose from. Eldersburg Eye Care is that place. From the moment I stepped into the beautiful waiting area, I was greeted by Cissy who is a warm and friendly dream come true. She got me checked in quickly, spoke to me like I was a friend, and invited me to browse the glasses and sunglasses. I have NEVER seen so many pairs of glasses that I would love to wear! I was called back by a kind member of staff who did all of the preliminaries with a smile and easy conversation. I waited just minutes for Dr. Rennie to arrive to her examination room. She is "the" compassionate, knowledgeable eye doctor I have been searching for who actually "sees" you as an individual and listens. Dr. Rennie's office uses "state-of-the-art" equipment, so the eye exam was quick and easy. When my examination was done, Katelyn greeted me with a smile at the examination room door and swept me out for the fun part: choosing glasses! Cissy eagerly joined us in the fun as Katelyn asked what I was looking for. She started choosing multiple pairs of glasses for me to try on at her comfortable "try on" station, while Cissy showed me some of her favorite frames. I have NEVER had such a wonderful experience choosing glasses! (Cissy was reluctant to leave for lunch and hoped she would return in time to see what I had chosen.) William chimed in when we asked what he thought of particular frames. His thoughts were invaluable!!! Katelyn is brilliant! She took the time to get to know me and helped me choose glasses that brightened and enhanced my face and hair. She was always kind and honest and turned a chore I've always despised into a joy! I bought three pairs of fabulous glasses and bought two more pairs when I retuned to pick up my new glasses! Eldersburg Eye Care, I am delighted and thrilled to have found you! Many thanks!
