I had a great experience yesterday stopping by this place if business to look for eyeglasses. Although I didn't have an appointment, the staff was friendly and apologetic that I would have to wait for an associate to help me. My wait was not long and I was greeted by Keifer, who went out of his way to get me the best price for my new eyeglasses. I would highly recommend this office for your next search for glasses. Thank you Keifer for your help with my selection!

I truly could put a half a star, I would at least give them that. First they wouldn't set me up for a face to face exam until a month and a half. Then after seeing me and ordering my glasses. That only took about a week to receive. Then after trying to see out of them, they were completely wrong. After sending them back to fix their mistakes. That took almost three weeks to return just to be wrong yet again. Then asked me to get yet another exam. For what? So you can message them up again and i have to wait? No thank you. After telling them I wanted my money back, they still hesitated and told me it would be about 7 business days. While only taking less the. 10 seconds taking your money. This is not the first time they have screwed my prescription up. I will not recommend nor ever return here again. I will say that they were nice to talk with. That is why I said half a star.

Angela J. helped finalize adjustments on my new glasses after the optician was having difficulties. My ears are not at the same height so it has never been easy with initial adjustments. She was very patient and organized with an extremely pleasant demeanor. The result was excellent. I can see why she is in the position she holds with MyEyeDr. I am so glad that Angela was at this store today to be so helpful to me.

Had a great experience today with Eden Anderson! She was working so fast and so hard to make sure the wait times were low and efficient. I could tell the employee to customer ratio was challenging and she still kept such a friendly upbeat attitude!

Had a late-day appointment, made months in advance, that required I leave work early. Arrived to be greeted with "we are running an hour behind schedule, can we please reschedule you?" Things happen in an office like this - I get it - but a call to me before to allow me to avoid leaving work and wasting my time would have been in order. The receptionist seemed confused by the concept. No, no need, I will not be coming back.

I've been going to the MyEyeDr facility in Elkton for the past 3 years for my eye care needs and could not be happier. Courtney and Abigail were friendly and informative as have the staff been in past years. I've been doing the virtual eye dr visit for the past couple of years and don't see any difference when compared to an on-site eye dr. I will be returning in 12 months.

This office has gone downhill over the years. It is actually impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone here, and after leaving several voicemails it's even impossible to get a call back. I'll be trying a different office from now on. Not to mention it's also almost impossible to see a Dr. here anymore. It is all mostly virtual ever since covid. I was pretty much forced to do my appt virtually the last time I came to this office. Felt like my prescription was inaccurate and that it was a waist of money... that was 2 or 3 years ago. Not to mention I got an infection in my eyes from the way the inexperienced tech was measuring my pupils for my contacts. When I called in panic to be seen they told me they were too busy to fit me in - FOR AN EMERGENCY. I went next door to Siedenberg Protzko and they took care of me almost immediately and willingly. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't work there anymore. I already regret trying to come back to this location and haven't even had my appt yet. I try calling to ask a simple question and nothing...can't even cancel my appointment because no one will answer.

My lenses kept coming loose and today eating lunch one fell out onto my plate. Came to MyEyeDr in Elkton, MD and they tightened them up and replaced my nose pads as well. Friendly, courteous staff. Thank you!
