Terrible bedside manner, she made me feel rushed and didn't seem to listen. But the worst thing was that she wanted to clear my oil ducts and pushed on my eye SO HARD that my eyeballs were sore for three days! My eyeball actually hurt from her pushing on it so hard. Any eye doctor knows you shouldn't apply pressure like that to an eye. BLINKING HURT FOR THREE DAYS!! There is a tool they sell for this, but she didn't have one, instead she just pushed on my eye. Hard. I had to take Advil to sleep the first night because they hurt so bad. Irresponsible on her part, Lord knows what putting that pressure on my eyes did to them long term.

I had an appointment today for a routine vision test and to order my year's worth of contacts. The staff there are always very friendly and informative. I also love that they price-match 1-800-Contacts! Today, I requested an MVA form be completed so that I could renew my driver's license online. I received a notification from MVA (and we all know how slow MVA does things...lol) within an hour after leaving my appointment that the documentation was received by MVA. It really made my driver's license renewal online easy! The onsite doctor there is amazing! She's very thorough, informative, friendly, and obviously does what she says she will do! :-)

Probably an ok doctor but experienced poor bedside manor, interrupted me and didn't listen thoroughly. Ignored and seemed annoyed by children instead of compassionate. Felt rushed and ignored. Won't be returning.

Twice gave me wrong prescription and forced to use wrong prescriptions glasses. They want me to call insurance if I I want refund they won't do anything though they are one charged .please take precautions to use this site for vision
