I've seen some negative reviews about Lisa and I will tell you, she may not be a bubbly, giggly kind of person but she is very proficient, reliable, and a very good person. She will take the time to get you the best glasses for your face and will also take the time to help you get every possible benefit with your glasses or contact lenses that you can from your insurance--excellent value for your money/budget.

Dr. Robin and Lisa are very courteous and their customer service is excellent. They are a small office and therefore try to give each client their individual time. The frames they offer are not run of the mill and every pair I have purchased I have gotten tons of compliments. Even if I move from the area I will I still come bak to them forever.
