Warning check your coverage before you go to this place for care. I went to this place because they got really great reviews. After my visit with them where I ended up having to pay significantly out of my pocket as they were billing incorrectly. I called my insurance to follow up on what my benefits were versus what the office told me my benefits were. I was misinformed at the visit about what my eye care covers versus what my medical covers. Cuz they are a professional place I decided to trust what they were saying and went ahead with their suggestion of charging to my medical versus my eye care for the services. Turns out that my eye insurance does cover those services and I did not have to charge my medical and pay an additional money out of pocket. This was done because the office has a policy of how they charge visits. As a patient this should not be impacting me and I should not paying an increased amount out of pocket because the office decides they want to bill a certain way and on top of that misinform me about the coverage because they bill a certain way. If they were upfront about it with me I would have had the option to not continue the exam and choose to go to another eye care place where there are many in this area. I pay insurance for a reason so I do not have to pay significantly out-of-pocket for care.

I had a great experience at Galleria Eye Care. The staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Julie Cho provided expert care with my eye exams and took the time to answer questions & explain the exam procedures and results. The office is clean and has a large selection of eyeglasses to choose from. I would highly recommend this business for your vision care!

I love this practice! I have been with them for over 6 years! Exceptional customer service from every one of the staff, thorough and comprehensive eye care, and a wonderful selection of frames if you need glasses! Highly recommend!!!

The staff and doctors here are fantastic. I've been coming to this practice since they were at the old building and I am glad that they merged both offices and everyone is together. They are patient and understanding Dr. Rachel Cho stands out the most. Makes me feel like an old friend or family member. I can't wait to share my experience with anyone who will listen. I purchased a pair of prescription glasses from the Galleria Eye Care and the sales man was excellent help in selecting my glasses. About a year later, I broke an arm on my glasses and stopped in and the same man provided the best customer service and had them repaired the same day. It is refreshing to experience excellent customer service from professionals!

This is by far the best eye doctor I have been to ever. For context, I now wear sclera contact lens. Both providers took their time with me making sure the fit and my vision were right for me. Super friendly office staff. I also got a pair of back up lenses with existing frames. These puppies fit like a glove and my vision is great even in glasses. I highly recommend this office.

Recently took my family to get their yearly eye exams. The office was very nice and everyone there was professional and friendly. We had Dr. Rachel Cho and she was very knowledgeable and thorough with her exams. Galleria Optical is by far the best experience we've had!
