Front of house staff: 1/5 Providers: 5/5 Timeliness: 0/5 Price: 5/5 Easy experience booking appointment with knowledgeable young lady on phone. I arrived to my appointment on time at 450pm as I filled out my paperwork ahead of time via the link. Neither of the two front office staff members came to greet me. They yelled from across the room to ask me questions from their seats. Neither were with customers. I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes (530pm) awaiting pre-test. The pre-test technician was very kind and quick. The doctor was also extremely knowledgeable, quick, kind, and explained everything. It's now 554pm and with only 3 other patients and 4 front office staff, I still am not complete. I have to leave and I will pay later.

Charles was the absolute best. I told him I needed a copy of my prescription to buy color lenses! He threw in a pair of clear lenses. Nice, fast, and professional. He's the absolute best. A great hire!

I've been coming to this location for a few years. I've had mixed experiences. Mostly positive though. You can't beat 2 pair & exam for less than $100. I've been an America's best client since the 90s. I always go really early so I can be out in a reasonable time. This most recent dr (about 2 weeks ago) did a great job on my son's prescription. I hope they keep her. Previous ones made his prescription too weak. She was nice & the staff as well.

Very disappointed with my most recent experience on 1/14. The employee at the desk just hands me my glasses didn't ask if they fit, no communication. I had to ask about my 2nd pair she said "that's what I am looking for". No customer service skills at all. Hope she isn't there when i go pick up my 2nd pair.

I will not be returning for an examination, during the pre-testing period the instructor did not introduce herself in a professional manner and appeared to be in a hurry to complete my examination. The services provided are not satisfactory to me.

Lanier is the best. He really took his time to help my mom and I on such short notice and being short staffed. This the best experience we have ever received from this location.

I went to America best September 9th for a eye exam and new glasses went well told my glasses will be ready September 22nd no call from them saying maybe later still waiting it is now October 1st still no glasses.
