I went to Myeye Dr on July 7th 2023 to have my eyes examine which was time. The doctor I have before was no longer there. Therefore another did the exam. When I picked up my order nothing was right. This doctor which my contacts from left to right. When I got home I could barely see out my right eye. I called the office to have the doctor to have her call, she never did. So today on March 5th, 2024 to pick up the receipts. And also with the glasses I order they smear a lot when cleaning. I am totally disappointed although my insurance paid everything except $ $248 . So today I went to the office to get the the paperwork. I will never go back. Of the times I have been there I am very angry.

I went in for a scheduled appointment, my fiance did not have an appointment, but needed new glasses. We were both seen. His glasses came quickly ( about a week). Mine did not come quick. When they did come in, it was missing something I ordered and paid for. After another week, they came in and I've wondered every since if these are really the glasses I ordered. Long story short, the glasses are now bent and I need to take them in and have them adjusted for my face, but I cannot afford to have them.gone another week. Even though I had insurance, I paid my hard earned money in addition to...I need them. That's why I ordered them. No weekend hours suck too. I'm not impressed.

Thank you to Ms Ran and Dr Goodman. I walk in with no appointment and Ms Ran said give us a second. I had no insurance and she explained to me the in store promotion. And promise me that my glasses will be done the next day. Keep smiling Ms Ran your team rock.

I have been going to dr Goodman for over 20 years. I made an appointment with him almost 3 weeks ago. I go in today and they have no record of my appointment. I rearranged my whole schedule for this appointment. It was they're error, not mine. It seems to me that could have made some kind of an adjustment. THEY DID NOT. I found another doctor.

I wish I could give 0 but to leave this review I must rate it at a 1 but it doesn't deserve that. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! This place is so unprofessional, ghetto, and the customer service is non existent. Even when you complain to corporate you get blown off. Don't waste your hard earned money here and make sure that you check to see what you are being charged for because they add stuff on without even asking you.
