I received Excellent service today from the young man that fix my glasses. I had went to the Oxon Hill office first because the arm on my glasses had broke I just got these glasses a month ago and she told me I needed to come back at 12:00 o'clock to see if they could fix my glasses and I said why know one was in hear to fix my glasses and she said you can come back or go to another office she had so much to say I said let me speak with a manager she said I'm the manager she was very unprofessional and disrespectful I will never go to that office again. The young man that gave me Excellent service or repair my glasses was from Forestville Office not the Oxon Hill office their services is terrible starting with management I don't want them to ever contact me again.

I had to wait two weeks of calling daily and being left on hold for over 30 minutes each. The receptionist was helpful and patient but it was obvious administrative staff was not responsive to customers. The manager also never called back or came to the phone. I finally had to come in person and the manager did not acknowledge my concerns from the last 2 weeks. He processed my transaction and walked away. Extremely dismissive and disappointing.

Front desk lack of concern after placing incoming calls on hold. I was placed on hold multiple times by different people during one call. While on hold I got in my car and drove from College Park to Forestville. Still on hold when I walked into the Lobby. To my surprise there were 4 people sitting behind the desk! I shared my concerns and asked for the person I needed to see. Still pissed my situation could have been resolved over the phone! Upon my arrival informed he's currently with a customer. The customer was his coworker! He never knew I was on the phone still holding. I understand it can get busy at times. However, no one out of the 4 took a moment to pick up and assist the call holding for over 30 minutes. Very alarming and disturbing!!!!

The 'MyEyeDr.' staff in Forestville was polite, friendly and professional when I picked up my new glasses! Corey gave me excellent service with a smile! I highly recommend going to herd for all your etr services!

My appointment was at 3:30, I didn't see the Dr. until 5:20pm. The manager change my appointment time while I was sitting in the office and did not notify me. They should tell a customer if they want to wait the additional time. The people who work their service was very good.

This is the second time I've went there for glasses and once I get the glasses and complain about them they always say just wear them all day. But I still can't see but will be calling later today to see about returning these glasses for a pair I can actually see out of

The customer service at this location is an absolute 10/10! The energy from the team is so warm and welcoming--it's clear they truly care. Everyone was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind throughout my daughters visit. Dr. Tanveer is outstanding--thorough, honest, and exceptionally patient. I highly recommend this location over the Oxon Hill location If you're looking for top-tier service with a smile, this is the place to go. Thank you all for making our visit such a great experience!

I took my son here to see what was wrong with his eye. NAMRA TANVEER tried to recommend two things that should not have been in my son's eyes. I saw her Google the recommendation and she had to Google answers to my questions (like the purpose of this medicine and common symptoms). She told me "if it gets worse come back." I asked why it would get worse. She said she doesn't know. I said it'll get worse because according to the website of the eyedrops, he's too young to even have this in his eye! He was only 9 years old. The site said in caps NOT FOR CHILDREN! I stepped out to call another eye doctor and Namra insisted on speaking to me while I was on the phone. She stood there waiting for me, asking every 5 seconds to speak in her office. I incredulously told her it's rude to demand a conversation while I'm on the phone. She went to her office and came back to where I was standing within 5 minutes later. After I secured another appointment I told her I don't feel comfortable getting optometry related advice from her. She didn't take accountability for anything so I left. My son had pinkeye. That's it.
