They were wonderful. Getting eyedrops in my son's eyes has been a nightmare in the past-they made it so easy and he even sat in the chair by himself. Dr. Cheng was great as well. He made my son feel so comfortable and at ease. He explained things so that I could easily understand and participate in my son's care. All the staff was so friendly and super helpful from start to finish. 10 out of 10 recommend if you're looking for pediatric eye care.

Today was my son's first visit to the eye doctor. We ended up being 40 minutes early for our appointment, but Angela assured us that was fine. We were brought in early and the seen by the doctor quickly after the initial dilation drops. I can't say enough good things about this office and the service. The front desk, nurse, and doctor were phenomenal with our son and explained everything thoroughly for us. Would definitely recommend this doctor to a friend!

My first time taking my son to this eye doctor office and I loved it. Staff very respectful and the place is so clean!! My son had fun talking to the eye examiner sorry I forgot her name. But she was very patient with my son and very helpful helping him stay calm! As well as the eye doctor thank you for being patient and understanding regarding my son! Will definitely be going back!

Dr. Chado was wonderful. He was patient as my two year old got comfortable in the office and was great to work with. Once he realized my son enjoyed high fives after each step, he gave a high five after each step. Explained everything really well and when I had questions pop up after we left the office, the front desk was phenomenal at getting those answered. Great experience all around and will definitely be back here for our next toddler eye exam!

Fantastic experience! I was referred to come here by our optometrist. The staff was friendly, office was clean, and they made my daughter feel really comfortable during her exam. We got really great information on her astigmatism and the doctor helped us to resolve a chronic eye infection that she has been dealing with (a misdiagnosis from another doctor). We are very glad we came here and look forward to our follow up appointment!!

First off I would like to say the lady at the front desk handles stress with such professionalism and politeness. I watched her deal with calls and patients and juggle everything so well for 2 hours straight without ever once complaining or being rude to anyone, I was thinking this lady is so good at her job. My daughter asked her to unpause the TV while she was filling some paperwork and she did it soon after finishing what she was doing. This is a busy location and you should be prepared to be here anywhere between 1.5 - 2 hours in total. They have a TV which they were playing magic school bus on which I thought was fantastic for the kids. The eye examination and drops to dilate my children's eyes process was fantastic. All staff was professional and polite. Dr Purvi examined my children and she was professional and polite and gave me in depth information about my daughters myopia and made a treatment plan for her. Overall my experience here has been fantastic so far. But I would like to again add it is a VERY busy location so be prepared to wait patiently. (May be a good idea to bring a book for the kids or a tablet or game to play while they wait). Overall everyone is very professional and polite here and doing a great job. I would recommend this place :)

My son is 12 non verbal autistic. I was a bit afraid of how the appointment will go. He never been at an doctor before. He has complicated behaviors when he doesn't understand what is going. He gets very anxious. The first part was a bit complicated but the tech was able to put the eye drops in his eyes to dilated them. Then we waited. Once he was called again the eye doctor was very patient and professional with him. He exam his eyes with ease and I was very impressed with how he was able to look into my son's eyes. It turned out that his vision is actually pretty good. Those were very good news. He won't need to come back maybe in a year or two. Finding a good specialist that knows and have the right techniques to work with special needs children is priceless. The patience the way to perform a good eye exam with a kid making feel safe and relax? It's very hard to find a great professional like that. It says great things about their entire practice.

The receptionist are VERY RUDE and have no customer service skills. Normally we see Dr. Rosin but this time we saw Dr. Chado. Thank God the vision center called to check my son prescription when they noticed how different it was. So we had to go back very unprofessional staff and doctors. I have been taking my son here for years. I wont recommend it. Awful
