I had a great experience at my eye appointment. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, which made the entire visit run smoothly. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated the personal attention and clear explanations. I would definitely recommend this office.

I just relocated from Indiana to Maryland and had some difficulty finding a facility that I could trust with my eyes since I was previously under the care of Eye Surgeons of Indiana, an incredibly experienced and caring medical facility. Well, yesterday, I was really impressed by the wonderful and knowledgeable care provided me by the team at Medical Vision Center of Frederick, Maryland. This excellent service began with Tina, the lovely administrator manning the front office reception, continued with the efficiency and patience of the Tech who conducted the pre-eye checks, all the way to Dr. Chado who was kind and efficient, explaining matters clearly so that I can align myself with "the plan". Thank you all for not just doing a "job" but really striving for a "heart" that really cares.

I came to Dr Thadani to be evaluated for possible cataract surgery. I was impressed by the thoroughness of his exam. Also I very much liked that when he spoke to me he looked right at me (not at his iPad as some doctors do), and when I spoke he listened to me, didn't rush me, and acknowledged what I was saying. He gave me a detailed explanation of his findings and what the next steps would be. And he gave me plenty of time to ask questions. It was a very good experience and I felt that he is someone I can trust.

Has taken a full hour for each of my appointments but the visit is well organized and the waiting times appropriate. He has explained why I am there, status of my eyes health, and only sees me as needed which is currently once per year. He also assures me that I can call any time I have concerns about a change in my eye condition. I have confidence in him and his practice. Staff is great as well. I am glad I was referred to this practice!

Dr Thadani is great the only reason i gave it 4 stars are the waiting times. I had an appointment at 11am ( be there 20min early to fill out forms) and finally left the office at 1:45 pm. It is a long waiting time especially if you have to bring you're little ones

Excellent as always. Loved the two Techs before I saw Dr Thadani. They were very sweet, kind, and listened to me about my eye problems. This is the most wonderful place I was Blessed to have found..Grade A for entire Staff. Been 3 years and all have been Great. The Tech saw that i was upset about having to tell the Dr about my eye but assured me everything was ok. That i could call anytime and i could even ask for her too. Thank You all and God bless. BWH. Can't remember the lady that took me back but I have her every time and she such a delight to have.. She sweet and funny.. She make me feel very comfortable.. The dr.. is very up front and to the point which I like and his assistant Courtney is a delight to have come in the room with him .. Courtney is sweet and very friendly... This office is one of a kind the staff is very kind and friendly...

Excellent visit during my scheduled appointment. Staff were very competent and polite. Before the appointment, I attempted calling the office twice without success in speaking to a person, and there was a very long option list on the call, none of which applied to me. In addition, the website needs to be updated to not include the Hagerstown office, which no longer exists.
