I had an excellent experience at this office. Doctor Nassehi was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything during my exam. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered thoughtfully. The staff was friendly, professional, and the entire visit was smooth from check-in to checkout. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive eye doctor.

I visited Dr Nassehi and he was very helpful, kind and patient. Got my prescription lenses from them, he also helped me rule out a serious eye condition, which was a complicated issue to diagnose. Highly recommend him if you want a friendly service with expertise.

From check-in to the exam, everything was smooth and professional. Amazing eye doctor--kind, professional (Dr. Nassehi), and very attentive. Took the time to explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered. I truly felt cared for.

I can't say enough good things about this eye doctor's office! Every visit has been wonderful, and a huge part of that is thanks to Aaron at the front desk. He is beyond amazing, always patient, kind, and truly listens to my needs. Even when things don't go exactly as planned, he does everything he can to help me out and makes sure I know he's paying attention. That alone means so much! What really stood out to me was how great he was with my daughter, who usually struggles in environments like this. Aaron's calm and caring approach made her feel comfortable, which made the whole experience so much easier for both of us. This kind of service and care is rare to find, and I'm so grateful for it. I highly recommend this office, they go above and beyond for their patients!

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars to this location I would. I want to start off by mentioning that the gentleman in the front was very helpful. Although, he initially did seem as though he just did not want to hear it he did end up helping my husband and I out. I had a myeye dr appointment at the kentlands location for 5 o clock. Firstly, I don't drive and rely on Uber or lyft to take me everywhere. I booked an Uber well in advance to my appointment. However, the Uber driver arrived at 4:50 and took the wrong route. When I noticed that I would be late I called and let them know in advance. I was informed that My eye dr has a 10 minute grace period. Sadly, I arrived at 5:11 which was one WHOLE minute over the grace period. Once I walked in the place was empty except for two workers. I went to the front explained my situation and the fact that I had medical reasons and could not reschedule because I lived far away. Well the DR refused to see me because he had other clients as well. So I really hope this dr reads my comment because not only did I pay a fare to get to the place and never was seen but the stress was not worth it. Seriously when people are in such high educated and qualified professions they need to have more grace and understanding. I really truly hope no one close to him ever GOD FORBID is late 1 min to an appointment and get told please reschedule. And the 10 grace period should be assessed on a case by case basis. I know if my comment gets read it comes off as an angry customer. But the reality is I am a qualified mental health therapist and well aware of grace periods, and appointment etiquette. The nice gentleman behind the counter kept asking if I'd like to reschedule. NO SIR I DO NOT WISH TO BRING MY BUSINESS TO SUCH A PLACE.

After being a customer for over 10 years, this will be my last visit to My Eye Doctor Kentlands. From time to time, I have encountered dishonest sales people but this last visit was truly upsetting. My insurance pays for a complete pair for me each year. Yet, the sales woman kept insisting i had to pay $30 because the complete pairs start at $130 - not $90. Then after she realized my lens are more expensive, she suddenly found frames that are $89. Paying $30 more is irrelevant. (In fact, I am often paid the difference in the mail once my insurance company realizes they over-charged me) It's the principle of feeling on-edge when I am trying to get care. I can no longer support a business that routinely overcharges. If you decide to go to this practice do your research in advance.
