If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The entire staff from Ms Rose first greeting you at the door is outstanding. This Vision Works is superb and so welcoming, the customer service is great.. its a lot to write with so little space. You definitely need to visit this location, we live closer to Bowie but I will spend that extra gas to come here... you definitely need to see them, they won't steer you wrong.

My specialist that helped me choose my eyeglass fashion was a diva and I loved everything we chose. I didn't catch her name, but her and Auntie had me styling and laughing.

AVOID AT ALL COST if you care about your time and patience. These irresponsible staff are NOT open per their own schedule and my appointment. It is 9:45 a.m. and they aren't open nor did they cancel. Unbelievable! Do NOT trust this place and their irresponsible staff. People are out here waiting and wondering what the hell!? Unacceptable!

Appointment was at 11, didnt get seen initially until almost 12 and then didnt actually see the doctor via telehealth until just before 1. The staff were nice but dont expect timely service. Also if you have to use the AI for the screening stuff it is horrible, slow and generally annoying.

I was referred to this eyewear store by my insurance company for new glasses. However, when I arrived, the staff at the front desk informed me that they are a 'cash,only' business and do not work with any insurance companies. This was very inconvenient and a waste of my time. If you need to use your insurance, definitely call ahead to confirm their policy.
