Couldn't ask for a better experience. Professional, clear communication, appropriately concerned for the exam. During exams my eyes often get wonky and I start to get a headache. He delt with it all very well, in my opinion. Will being fam back. Reason for visit; MVA required eye exam for license. Reception and processing could not have gone better. Thanks all! (P.s. the street view on google shows the mens fashion place. The eye place is towards the corner)

Dr. Woehlke was great!! I haven't been to an eye doctor in a few years and he was able to get me into a pair of contacts, made sure they were comfortable and even gave me the option to replace them with some that were even more comfortable. He was very patient and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns regarding my sight. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Great experience overall.

I've been visiting Dr. Woehlke for many years and he has been great. Awesome service and always provides the perfect prescription. Very understanding guy as I was getting ready to travel out of state and he was able to fit me in for an exam at the last minute. Quality service and highly recommended!!!

Before coming to this office, I looked at reviews first. I saw wonderful reviews for this office and doctor. HOWEVER, my experience with doctor David B Woehike did not go as well as others. Prior to my appointment, my son was seen at this office and everything went well. The staff was friendly. So, I decided to make an appointment for myself for the following week. The older lady working behind the sign in counter was friendly at both visits. Brandon and the woman (pregnant) were both outstanding. So, Dr. Woehike explained to me what he wanted me to do during my exam. I was to let him know what letters I saw and which option were clear to me. During the exam, he became frustrated and began to raise his voice at me. He said that I was being difficult because he kept adjusting the options and I continued to pick option #1. I was in utterly shock. I could not believe that this doctor started yelling at me. An eye exam is not a right or wrong exam. You either see the object clear or you don't. I was completely confused as to why he started yelling. I became nervous because I have never been talked to with such disrespect. He became so furious and frustrated that he sent me back out to the waiting area as if I had done something wrong. At that time, the lady working behind the counter avoided looking at me because I believe that she was embarrassed by his behavior. There was another customer in the waiting area with her three grandchildren and she looked at me while shaking her head. The lady working behind the counter did another pre- exam and then sent me back in with Dr. Woehike to finish the exam. Dr. Woehike began to apologize for his behavior. He apologized for roughly five minutes and did the exam differently by wanting me to inform him if the options were clear or if they looked the same. He complained that it was difficult to write me a prescription because I kept picking the same option. If the choices looked the same to me, then that's the option I chose. I never strained to see any options. I either saw the damn letters clear or I didn't. He kept saying that I need glasses and it was hard to write a prescription for me. He did not know what prescription to write. He gave me a prescription for glasses that I honestly do not trust. He belittled and scolded me. I'm a mild mannered person that is friendly and easy going on. He made me feel " pointless." During this whole ordeal, I was in utterly shock. I couldn't believe this guy's mannerism. I never said anything back to him. I have three young boys and I do not speak to them in that manner. I am a firm believer of communicating effectively and that is not what happened at my visit today. I will not come back nor recommend this office to anyone. By the way, his apology never meant anything. He knew that he was wrong and he should be ashamed of himself. I thought about not writing this review because there are other positive things to do. However, it needed to be mentioned.

The staff is quick, yet friendly, and are respectful of my time. Dr Woehlke is also friendly and answers all my questions and concerns without ever making me feel rushed or placated.

I have been a patient with Dr. Woehlke since 97' and really enjoy his calm demeanor. His appointments are always quick and and on time.

I have been seeing Dr. Woehlke for almost 20 years and I will continue to do so until he no longer practices. I've never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend!
