The Doctors and techs were AMAZING! MY issues began once I let Alicia convince me to buy the promo lens (that the DR clearly told me to try on for 30 days to see if I like it THEN I place my order). She also said they were the same exact pricing as my old contacts which I never EVER had to pay out of pocket for... I mysteriously spent an extra 100 dollars on my contacts. Also, I didn't like being put in a position to "trust" pricing an comparisons verbally communicated, I'd rather see the prices on paper and compare for myself. I tried letting mngr Shelly know but she wasn't trying to hear the problem I had with Alicia's way of handling my situation. It was careless and rushed as if she had too much knowledge and experience to waste on my ignorance. It's cool. What goes around COMES AROUND. I'll miss the doctors and tech staff. Thanks!

A surprisingly pricey video eye doctor appointment: Exam ($205) + Refraction ($50) + Screening Photos ($44) = $300 The most expensive prescription glasses ever: Frame ($130) + Lense ($159) + Anti-reflecting coating ($90) = $379 Total price $678 Considering the appointment is over video, it seems like it would be more affordable. NOPE! On the other hand, everyone was very nice. Hopefully they're being paid well with prices like these.

My Eye Dr was great, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Alicia did a fantastic job helping guide me through different options of glasses and prices!

After spending 1234.$ The eye glasses feel cheap, thy screwd up my sunglasses, which i still do not have!The icing on the cake , having the clerk raise her voice to me like I was being punished in school. So not do business here..... I waited months for a very sub-par experience!

Horrible!! Im STILL waiting on my glasses. Its been over 3 weeks. Noone there can seem to tell my why. I was put on hold for over 45 minutes. TWICE!! Noone ever did get on the phone. I will NEVER use this place again.

This office is very unprofessional and uncoordinated. However, the doctor was very nice. Unfortunately, the first pair of contact lenses I was given, I could not see out of. I went back for a recheck with the same doctor. They changed my prescription and I was still unable to see. One of the ladies at the office told me she would give the office manager a note to contact me so we could get my prescription fixed. I never received a call. However, I received a third pair of lenses and still could not see. I called back and was told that "No one at this office told you the manager would contact you." Well, that is exactly what I was told and after multiple calls to the office and 6 months later, I still have yet heard from the office manager or have had my problem resolved. Every time I call, the office manager is "not available" or I get put on hold for 20+ minutes.

Tiara did a spectacular job finding a frame that was in stock, avoiding a muti day wait. Great operation.

So I had my appt 1/4/23. Glasses were ordered then. They were to be in 1/19. I HAD TO CALL on1/19 and they were "lost in shipment", so they stated they would order them again and they would be overnighted. Here it is 2/2/23 and they just came in. I went to pick up and they were BROKEN! Like seriously?! Not happy.
