I broke my glasses last night when the little screw that hold the arm to the lens came out. I called them and they said I could come down no appointment needed and they'd take a look at them. They were able to fix my glasses and they were kind enough not to charge me. As a broke college student, I was touched and deeply appreciated that gesture because I was a little stressed beforehand it would cost a lot. I will definitely be coming back to them and recommending them to my friends

The experience I had at Sterling Optical, LaVale, Md. was absolutely 5 star. The staff was down to earth, professional, kind, and caring. They showed me the greatest amount of respect and went out of their way to meet my needs. I am a brain tumor survivor, and Tiffany, Dr. Pesta and staff were absolutely all in on making my experience a good one. I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Optical. I found them to be honest, straight forward, and helpful. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Experience! The staff was friendly and Dr. Pesta was very thorough. When I scheduled my exam over the phone they fit me right in. The office was clean and they had a great selection of frames to choose from. Highly recommend!!!!

The staff are nice and professional. My prescription is off as I can see clearer to read without the glasses. I tried using them for two full weeks all day as recommended but one side is not clear. This is the second pair as the first were not right either. When I told them about this problem, they took the glasses to the back and checked them somehow. They brought them put and said that the prescription is correct and sent me on my way. I will be finding another vision center for my next visit.

Called they claimed to take VSP insurance but dont and havent for almost a yr and knew this,impatient dr concerning a 74 yr old elder and snobby disrespectful employee's and staff,false advertised accepting coverage,unethical unprofessional and ungrateful,will not do business with them again

Got my eye exam and a new pair of glasses. They got me back in the exam room quickly and Dr. Pesta was friendly and answered all my questions. They handled my insurance and my glasses were ready pretty quickly. The only downside is that I wish they had a bigger selection of glasses for men to try on in the store. You can special order glasses from them though, so it isn't a deal breaker. Despite it getting busy, the staff were patient and answered all my questions without trying to rush me. I appreciated that.

First my wait time was only like five minutes. The staff was awesome and Dr. Pesta was friendly and informative with the exam and what to expect. My glasses came in really quick compared to other places I have been to as well. All around a great place for eyecare.

Ordered glasses from here $400. Outta my pocket. Got my lenses wrong took almost 2 more weeks I had to call go up there they never called and they take no accountability. I get no discount and they blame the insurance company.
I will not be coming back.
