I had an amazing experience at America's Best in Laurel, Maryland! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Kenneth Sutton, the general manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attentiveness and genuine care for the customers were truly impressive. The entire staff made me feel welcomed and valued. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking top-notch service and a friendly atmosphere and I didn't have a long wait!

The front desk woman SANDY was very disrespectful during my appointment. I can't believe that someone like that would be working in aiding patients. I will never return due to how uncomfortable I felt. I'm unsure if its be a I'm a black woman but her tone was very condescending and almost as if she was agitated that I was there. I'm still in shock and disappointed. SANDY I'm sorry you hate your job!

Nataly was great. I went in as a tagalong for someone picking up new glasses. I had brought my own glasses with a missing screw in case someone was able to help. Nataly took care of it even though it was about 20min til they closed. Not only fixed my glasses, but also tightened everything up which was extremely needed.

SANDY at the front desk of the Laurel location next to the dominos was VERY RUDE AND DISCRIMINATORY towards me and my mother. We are black Muslim women. Each time she interacted with either of us, she did not fail to mention something about our appearance, race and/or religion. She's very condescending when speaking to people of color. She made me feel as if the interaction went sour because of my religious headwear. She will continue to be the downfall of this company. She MUST be REMOVED. Once again, her name SANDY and she is an older Caucasian woman.

The doctors are great! Customer service is good but could improve. You get the feeling they want to finish with you ASAP to get more clients. They will try and add a million unnecessary things to your glasses but that's business so beware. Honestly all you need is the basics. The doctors are the best!!!
