Truly disappointed by the service here. I came in for an annual eye appointment because my primary ophthalmologist is out for a while so I needed a temporary back up to get my contact and glasses prescription renewed. I came in for a scheduled appointment but it took me an hour to be seen. However the Optometrist was very pleasant and explained everything very well. It was then time to place my order for my contacts with the front desk which took over an hour just to be spoken to. The cleanliness of the front was very questionable with a weird odor that was still there when I came to pick up my contacts on a different day. The front desk employee was a tall male who was dressed in sweats and a tee shirt which i found surprising considering this store is operating as an eye clinic/medical space and was just generally unprofessional. I came back a couple of weeks later to pick up my contacts which were supposed to be delivered to my house yet I never received notification of shipment or delivery until I called the office and spoke to the AI software on the phone and found out they have been delivered to the store and were already there for several days now yet no one informed it of that. I went it to pick them up and the same employee was there and handed me the contacts in a ziploc bag with no labeling. I have been wearing/ordering contacts for over 5 years and have never had contacts given to me in a ziploc baggy, it has always been in an unopened, SEALED cardboard box with a shipping label and patient label. When I brought this up to the employee I was met with attitude and him saying something along the lines of this is how they always package their contacts. I now need a copy of my prescription to order glasses and have called several numbers so that I can have it emailed to me and was told by the AI machine to go to the store to request a copy of my prescription when this is comething that can simply just be emailed to me. Visionworks I really hope you improve your customer service, wait times, cleanliness and professionalism of this location. Never coming to any of your locations again

Came here on a whim because I left my contacts at home while traveling. I was worried because my vision is pretty bad without contacts, so I asked the employees if I could get a quick sample to use for my time in MD. Tammi, the lead specialist, told us it was totally okay as long as we had our prescription, She found a good match for us and let us get a pair totally free! She also gave us a bottle go lens solution with a lens container on the house. Thank you so much Tammi! We will be sure to be back at Visionworks.

They are incompetent. Went in there and picked out new frames and handed them sunglasses and safety glasses so 3 total. When it was time to take care of the order and pay for my glasses, their system was down so I handed them all three pair of glasses and they claimed that they were going to call me to confirm when the system came back up. They did not call me. A week later I got a text message saying one pair was ready for pickup. I walked in there. It was the safety glasses the sunglasses were never sent in and they claim I never picked out a regular pair of glasses. So not only did they did not do their job efficiently, they are. They also screwed up my allowance for my insurance that covers a pair of frames and lenses for the year. Do not ever go to them. They don't know how to do their job. There's computer system is always down and they could care less if they screw anything up.

I went in to browse just to buy my daughter a new pair of glasses, we walked in and nobody greeted us. Cool, no biggie. We found a pair and stood at the counter, the lady working just looked at us and continued doing what she was doing. I didn't even realize she worked there until another customer walked in ten minutes after and she GREETED HIM and asked how she could help him! Then she told him she'd help him after she handled the two other guests in front of him... which actually it was 3 because we were there! But she completely disregarded us. I put the glasses back and left, we were there for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. Just a rude older employee who seemed to only acknowledge the older looking adults, and moved slow as molasses.

This was my very first vision exam, and it went better than I imagined! The staff was very friendly and polite, also knowledgeable about what they do! They have state of the art equipment and a clean facility! They made me feel comfortable! Overall, great experience at this facility!!

I have had an issue with getting one pair of my glasses back. I must say the general manager, Ryan Thompson is the most helpful and professional person. And he is an extremely hard worker from what I can see. I appreciate his help and tenacity in making sure I get my glasses back and with all of the bells and whistles that I want in those glasses. Thank you very much Ryan!

Visionworks provides excellent service. I experienced it and their customer service is guaranteed. I strongly recommend Visionworks to everyone in need of an eye exam....and you will also enjoy their discounted price!!!! Their staff are very welcoming!!! Enjoy!

Long wait times even when you schedule an appointment, don't expect to be seen for a while past the scheduled time. They don't answer the phone at all. They don't follow up after saying they will- I asked for my doctor referral and prescription to be emailed to me and I haven't received anything. Then they try to use AI to perform the eye exam which is extremely frustrating and difficult and my doctor was virtual on top of that and the sound kept cutting out and I kept missing things she was saying and theres confusing delays between the equipment in the room and the virtual doctor. Visionworks has plenty of money, they are a large company, they need to invest in real people to interact with instead of cutting corners and quality when it comes to healthcare. This experience was so frustrating and disheartening.
