The doctor was very friendly, professional and explained every step of the eye exam process. Her warm demeanor made my daughter feel very comfortable immediately. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and were wonderful to work with. They were swamped with customers and remained great attitudes through the whole process. Though there was a wait, we were acknowledged and given an approximate wait time. Everything was explained well, and our over all experience was great.

Dr. Luckie is absolutely phenomenal! Her bedside (chair side) manner is unmatched -- she's so patient, kind, and genuinely caring. I felt more comfortable with her than I have with any doctor I've seen before. She took her time explaining everything in a way that actually made sense to me, and I never felt rushed or dismissed.
I truly feel like I'm on a journey to better vision because of her empathy, patience, and expertise. The entire office is welcoming, professional, and kind. I can't recommend this location enough -- you'll be in great hands!

Primarily a suggestion to walk in on 12/31 before 1:00 PM. Arrived at 11:00 AM met with a technician I believed provided a wonderful cursory prep experience proceeded to Dr. Luckie she addressed my vision concerns and requests. Properly fitted me with contact lenses and eyeglass prescription and I was on my around 12:15 PM. Resulting in a great experience

It's INSIDE WALMART - that's all you need to know. Do not trust the positive reviews - they are incompetent. Dr gave us wrong information when we asked about specific multifocal contacts - she said they don't work for my partner, but they actually do. She is not up to date on the training. Said contacts would arrive in a week, it's been almost 3 weeks and they are not delivered yet. Patently something happened with the order and nothing was ordered, so we have been waiting for over a month now.
