Hi Dr Grundy! Today is 12 May 2024. You implanted my intraocular lenses on 10 Nov 2004 and 8 Dec 2004. I was living in Bethesda at that time, am now retired in Jacksonville NC. After all these years I have had no problems with them! I worked for several years with the American Red Cross and went on deployments to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, etc where contact lenses were not approved to wear. These lenses are the best that have ever happened to me! I wore thick eyeglasses throughout my childhood then went to contacts. I'm glad I developed cataracts so I could get IOL's!! Thank you so much!!!

Dr. Grundy and his staff are amazing!! This includes the staff at Snowden Surgical Center. For the first time in my life I can see the alarm clock when I wake up. I appreciate life more because I can see better. Thanks to Dr. Grundy I was able to say goodbye to my thick glasses. I will always be grateful.

Injured my eye a week ago. Woke up a week later with traumatic iritus. Called the office but they were closed; however, the office manager took the call and relayed the issue to Dr. Grundy who took care of my situation. Visited the office for a follow-up and everyone was exceptionally professional and courteous. As a new patient, I appreciate the flexibility and care.

Very pleasant, clean, and knowledgable office. Unfortunately, they are not an office set up for pediatric needs and my pediatrician referred me to them. Don't ask me why, I will never know. However, I don't blame them for being unable to meet the needs of my 4-year old. As an adult, this is a great office and I'll probably be making an appointment for myself.

Dr. Grundy, took the time to address any questions and concerns I had after a bout of bells palsy caused symptoms of sharp pain and various degrees of blurred vision. Luckily, it was just really bad dry eye. I just had to wait until I had regained the control over my eyelid back. I got most of the control back so all is good.
