Dr. Grundy and his staff were amazingly gentle with my son and his poked eye. Took great care in diagnosing and treating him. Thank you.

Dr. Grundy and staff are wonderful. Everyone was polite,friendly and caring, yet professional. Exam & waiting rooms are comfortable and clean. Have had 2 appts and was actually seen on time! They care enough to make follow up calls. I was happy to learn that they have parking behind their bldg. (Main St. can be difficult to find parking)

Please do not waist your time with this Eye Care & Surgical Center. I went in to schedule an appointment for eye care the receptionist reassured me that I would receive a call that day or next day pertaining to a co-pay. Never once did anyone contact me. After no call I left a message with a Mitchell in the financial dept. She stated that was the first time she had heard about it. However, I called the front desk to speak with a Lynn Walsh the practice administrator who was very rude and unprofessional. Obviously no one there has any concerns about the patient. Lots of confusion and no organization. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Maybe they are unaware of understanding regards to...no patients no business. Therefore no pay for them. On a scale of 0-5...I rate them a 0.

I wish I could give this place a zero. These people are liars and cheats. If you don't have insurance, please do your best to go somewhere else. My husband was told the out of pocket price was $150. He was then seen by the doctor and got his eye dilated. He was never told that this would be an extra charge, and even when he left the office the secretary stated he was done with everything. All of the sudden literally 9 months later we receive charges for $355. Why wasn't he told about the cost upfront because these people are scam artist. This isn't the ER where you expect charges but those charges don't take 9 months to come. Don't go here try and find a clinic I just called Pearle Vision who stated that to see the doctor and get your eyes dialed would be $90. Don't waste your time at eye care and surgical center

I called several times to ask if they accepted my insurance. Two of them said no and one said yes. So confusing. I made an appointment anyway because I saw in their website that they accepted mine. The doctor did eye dilated and checked my eyes. Nothing serious. It was just dried eyes. I paid co-pay on my appointment and I got a bill 2 months later. It was about $280 before insurance. I had to pay about $50. I went to another doctor a few months later and did exactly the same thing even a little more thorough and I didn't get any bill after. Just the co-pay. This office is a rip-off and they never tell you the right information.

If you love being charged ridiculous prices, or spending an hour in an office for what amounted to 5 minutes of actual examination time go here; otherwise go somewhere else. Oh, I almost forgot the heartwarming feeling of being on a medical conveyor belt..love it? then this place is for you!

Everyone was very nice from Melanie at the front desk to Bonnie and Crystal in the back and Salma at the end. Dr Grundy was amazing!

I have suggested this office to many family members, Dr. Grundy is very knowledgeable and you can tell he is passionate about his work. Would recommend!!!!
