Have always loved this business. All the staff have been helpful. I recommend them to all my friends and family. They make finding glasses simple and ensure my eyes are healthy. They're always able to work with what I need.

I had an appointment scheduled and an emergency came up with my 93 year old father and I couldn't make my appointment. They were completely unsympathetic and insisted on charging me $40 even though I have been a years long client and never missed an appointment and even referred friends. Never going back! There are PLENTY of great eye doctors in and near Laurel and THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE IN GENERAL AND NOT THE WAY TO TREAT HOOD CLIENTS

Very unreliable! They kept canceling my kids appointments, stating the doctor isn't around for 3 times in a roll for a particular appointment. They kept moving the date forward until I asked them not to bother again. I will now have to look around for another practice.

My entire family has been patients at this clinic for 23 years and we haven't changed because we're already used to our doctor. We feel very good here. I recommend it.

I moved to Laurel in 2021, and unfortunately, the quality of service at this location has declined since then. My recent eye exam felt rushed and lacked the thoroughness I expected. Additionally, I arrived to pick up my glasses before the posted closing time of 5 PM, only to find the lights off and the doors locked. This lack of consistency and reliability has been disappointing.

I went here for a routine exam and replenishment of contact lenses and they told me because of my specific insurance i'd have to pay for everything out of pocket but that i would be reimbursed the money after. After months of trying to retrieve the reimbursement of over $700 neither my insurance company or this office offered any apology or reimbursement of any kind. My insurance company at the time claimed they never offered that so seems sketchy to me! as if they just wanted my money and i haven't seen a dime of it since. it's been about two years since, I've recently changed doctors and am much happier. I don't recommend coming here!

Excellent service from the time we walked in until we walked out. The front desk is very professional and polite, very personable and helpful. The doctor was amazing and very friendly. He made me and my children very comfortable during our eye exam. The young lady who helped us pick out glasses was magnificent. She made my daughter feel confident in her choice of new glasses. She helped us get a good price for what our insurance did not cover. The whole vibe in the office is family oriented and friendly. I would definitely recommend you bring you and your family here.
