I've visited this location several times in the past. However, the experience I had today was exceptional, thanks to Maritza. I didn't know what to expect as this was my first time working with a doctor and technician remotely. Maritza was so professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment.

I went into My Eye Dr. in Laurel, MD today to get a repair on my eye glasses and not only was I greeted with kindness but l Ms. Amina was determined to fix my glasses, despite some challenges. I so appreciated the love and professionalism I experienced during my visit. Highly recommend if you're in the hunt for a place to get the best eye care.

My glasses were pretty stretched out and the GM Amina was able to repair them back to near brand-new. Also, when I came for my appointment, Maritza was outstanding, making sure everything I needed was given. I felt very welcomed and they gave great service.

Don't go to this clinic. I had an appointment last year. A certain Dr Patel examined my eyes from afar, a virtual examination. One staff there lacks professionalism. But some staff are good and entertain clients appropriately.

They were very professional and friendly here! They took my time and concerns very seriously I would definitely come back! Ms. Amina was very pleasant and nice to talk to you, and Mr. Glenn was a courteous professional gentleman! Great team!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone else. This was my first solo eye doctor visit. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I didn't have to wait very long at all and everything was explained well. Special mention to Amina and Maritza for being extra kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced from myeyedr, Ms. Pearly is a liar I ordered my contacts online, and I received the right ones, but not the left. I called there immediately, and she said to me that she would place the order for the left ones. A week later, I called again, and she had no idea what I was talking about. I went in and I showed her my order receipt, and she took it, copied it, and said, "We'll look into it more and contact you." I received a call on Saturday from another employee saying, "We sent it to corporate, we didn't forget about you. Just following up." This was a MONTH ago. I ordered the contacts on December 5th. People just don't want to do their jobs anymore. We are paying health care and companies that hire inadequate people. My wife also had an a worse experience, but this post is getting too long now lol

I would like to thank Ms.Yvette for assisting me...Thank you Ms.Yvette! She went above and beyond with fixing the issue(s) I had with my eyeglasses. They felt brand new again. She gave a tune-up!
