Peepers Family Eye Care

Where do I even begin? On September 16th 2025, I went in for an eye exam and purchased three pairs of glasses. I was told they would be ready in two weeks. Instead, it took three. Annoying, but understandable, mistakes happen. Unfortunately, that was only the start of things to come. When I went to pick them up, the glasses were ordered incorrectly. I was told I would need to wait another two weeks. Fine. On October 24th, I returned to pick up the newly ordered glasses. Shockingly, they were wrong again. I was told yet again to wait another two weeks. After that wait, I returned, only to find that the glasses were still wrong. At this point, they insisted I come in for another exam to test a new prescription on November 26th. I did, and the glasses were reordered again. On December 18th, I went to pick them up. Wrong. Yet. Again. This time, I was told they would get back to me. On December 30th, I finally received a response only to be told I needed to come in for ANOTHER exam AND RESTART COMPLETELY. Throughout this entire ordeal, I repeatedly had to leave work early, lose income, and waste my time just to accommodate their mistakes. On January 13th now 2026, I was told I would have an answer from their "lab" by the end of the day. Today is January 21st, the day I am writing this review. I have not heard anything since January 13th. No call. No email. No update. Nothing. I have never had such a terrible experience from any medical business in my life. Since September 16th, I have been without proper glasses. After giving this place countless opportunities to fix their errors. This entire experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. I am still waiting for a response.

The staff was all great! Friendly, patient and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars is I found frame selection to be smaller than what I'm used to, and I didn't like the styles as much as I have at previous places.

Brittany and Stacey were friendly, efficient and helpful with the registration process. Maggie was patient and knowledgeable, and Dr. Hannemann was friendly and professional as usual. I have great confidence in her.

Been going here for years with my family and we would never stray away to another place. It's so great going each year for and eye exam and glasses.

Fantastic experience here. Dr.Hanneman is great, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Hoping she sees kids too, if so we'll be bringing our kids here now. She has the right pleasant demeanor for a children's eye exam.

Walked in to make an appointment for my scared of every doctor/medical device that comes close, 14 yr old son, and was greeted by the 3 front office staff with smiles and eagerness to help! I was able to get him in later that day and when my son and I arrived, again greeted with their pleasant demeanor. After his exam, lots of laughter between us and them which made the whole experience so relaxing for him and I. We will definitely be returning for all our family's eye care needs just because of the 3 ladies running the front making our first visit so accommodating and carefree! Huge shout out to peepers for seeing the greatness in their staff during the hiring process!

Great place! Dr Hanneman is great- efficient and quick. Her staff is equally impressive as well. I was able to choose some nice frame with the young lady's help and was soon on my way! Look no further then Peepers for friendly fast and caring eye care!

The entire staff at Peepers is amazing. Very knowledgeable but friendly and outgoing as well. Always treated as a valued customer. Would recommend this business to all
