Wonderful experience, doctor was great and staff was very helpful when picking up glasses. Very forthcoming about price, great selection of glasses, they did not rush me, and very reasonably priced. First visit and I'll be coming back here every year!

Dr.Gonzalez could be more courteous, professional and understanding if a patient is telling him how they feel instead of walking out of an exam room with his face frowned up giving the next patient, a he is very rude! And please next time freshen up the room I don't want to feel like I woke up with hangover too. Never again

I have visited this location before and always found the optometrists and doctors to be excellent--professional, kind, and caring. Unfortunately, the front desk/customer service staff made my most recent visit very uncomfortable. After receiving numbing eye drops that left me highly sensitive to light and unable to see clearly, I politely asked if my companion could accompany me to the back. Despite the waiting area being empty, my request was denied, and the staff laughed at me instead of showing understanding. One staff member even made inappropriate remarks, which felt unprofessional and discriminatory. While the doctors provide great care, the front desk experience was deeply disappointing and unwelcoming

The manager he has no management skills or patient/customer skills. He doesn't acknowledge the customer and or patient needs. He's ruled and disrespectful. Not good for business. ALL EYES ON YOU

This is my first and last time going to this place. I was in there less than 5 minutes and the front desk staff had an attitude. I had to sit there and keep my composure before I spazzed on the lady. I live across the street and this place would be an ideal location but I won't ever be going here again. I just needed my eyeglasses adjusted because they're too tight and I couldn't even get serviced. Taking my talents somewhere. Go to any other place EXCEPT this one.

I started going to this Myeyedr location for the last three years! It has the best staff and customer service, which keeps me coming back. The staff is very knowledgeable about insurances and their policies!! I love the doctor who gives me my eye tests! He's hilarious and takes time to answer my questions!! And for the second year in a row the staff has picked out some fly glasses for me and I get so many compliments on them! Thank you so much to you all and I'll see you next year!!

It was a Very Poor experience. The lady at the front was rude. She wanted my insurance information and ID before I could even look at any glasses?! She was repeating her instructions to me like I was slow. It gave me a serious ick and killed the whole mood. Don't worry about me- Never going back.

The feedback about the woman at the front desk is absolutely accurate. She consistently comes across as sarcastic and unprofessional. I'm not sure of her name, but she usually wears a mask and a golden-brown wig, and she's often engaged in loud, personal conversations with other staff--even when patients are waiting to be helped. It gives the impression that patient care isn't a priority. Because of this experience, I won't be returning to this location.
