I had a great visit at this office and will be returning for my follow-up appointment. The office staff was great and so helpful. They kindly got a same day appointment for an eye infection. The doctor was great and took the time to explain what was going on with my eye.

I had a very unpleasant visit today. The staff was very accommodating in scheduling an appt for me as I had severe eye pain, but once I arrived, I wasted my entire morning. My appointment was scheduled for 8:40am. I was surprised when I walked into the waiting room and saw 8+ other pts already waiting. I signed in. I waited, and waited. They collected my co-pay, and I waited and waited. One of the assistants took some of the preliminary measurements needed, and I waited and waited some more. I waited a total of 2 HOURS to see Dr. Soltani, and when I did, he didn't even look up from his paperwork to greet me. We met for a total of about 3 minutes, after I waited 2 hours. None of the staff apologized for the wait, and Dr. Soltani didn't even acknowledge the wait. I scheduled a follow-up appointment and the receptionist said to expect to be there for an hour and a half again. I was livid. I called to cancel my follow-up appointment.
WHY SCHEDULE PATIENTS FOR 8:40 IF WE WILL NOT BE SEEN UNTIL 2 HOURS LATER. Makes absolutely no sense to me. By the time I left, there had to be at least 20 people in the waiting area... 20 people. 1 doctor. No consideration for anyone else's time. I will not be returning.
