The entire team is wonderful. From my experiences with them so far, I feel like they take their time with patients and do not rush people through the process. Dr. Luzuriaga is amazing. I was referred to her by another doctor in the field for vision complications. Really thankful for that referral. She takes her time, explains issues thoroughly, and cares about her patients.

This place used to be the best, They took you at your appointment time, everything just seemed to flow. But since the practice was sold, it has gone downhill. It seems they are more about money, getting people in and getting them out like cattle. My appoint was at 545, I arrived at 530, did the pre-test stuff. at 550, There was 6 people waiting for either an appointment or to finish up an appointment. Now this is for 1 doctor that was there. There should not be 6 people waiting with only 1 doctor there. This just shows you its about the money an not the care. At 630 I finally had to leave. 10 minutes after I left they call and said they are ready for me now. Of course I told them I was not coming back, and they said Oh I am sorry we were behind. That would have been nice to know when I got there, I would have rescheduled than. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the person who took me for the pre-test was very nice.

Yesterday was my very first eye exam ever and I can't say enough great things about this place! The front desk staff was so welcoming and nice, Dr. Hooper was fabulous- very detailed and easy to talk to, and then there is "the Dustin's", hilarious, knowledgeable, helpful, and I'd say some of the great minds of our generation. They welcomed all opinions in their pondering playful chat. It was just such a fun experience.

Raven is amazing! I've had numerous issues with adjustments to my glasses and she was always able to help with a smile. Kudos to Raven and all the great staff there. I bought some very expensive glasses and I am very pleased with the service.

Dr. Hooper is absolutely the best. I will not see anyone but her. She is thorough and takes the time to explain the results of the eye exam. Dr. Hooper is also the sweetest person. Great staff at every level!!!

My glasses got bent, I went to the store, the guy fixed it for me. He saved my life. Very nice guy. Thank you sir

I e never been there before. I've had pinkeye since Friday. One trip to urgent care and two prescriptions later, I'm no better this morning. I call this office and spoke to Dustin. Wow! He was fantastic listen to me go on and on about what was wrong put me on hold and came right back to me and offered me appointment this evening. I took it, because I was miserable, almost in tears. He called me back about 15 minutes later offering me a 10am appointment. I, of course, took it. I got there. EVERYONE was incredible. The entire staff. I saw Dr. Hooper and she was fantastic. She told me step-by-step, what she was doing and the process. I left about 30 minutes later. Got my RX filled, case home and rested. I woke up from a nap, felling about 40% better. My eyes were not crusted shut (TMI...lol) and had some relief. I'm in aw with that entire practice!!! I cannot say enough about them. My family and I will absolutely use them, moving forward. Thank you to Dr. Hooper and Dustin taking the wheel. I know it's only pinkeye, but I was miserable and worried. Thank you all. If you need a new eye doctor, go see them! My hats are off!
