The people are pleasant enough.. BUT. If you wear contact lenses, I highly recommend Americas Best instead. They have a nice large table in a semi private area with a sink and mirror and provide eye solution to help with removal and insertion, and a nice area to stay sanitary. This was not possible in this provider's bathroom. Confusing also to have appointments at varying locations depending on where the Dr is.

I would like to specifically thank Sue. She answered the phone and helped me get my mother scheduled for an urgent appointment. They were fully booked and she checked with a supervisor and they were able to squeeze my mom in for an appointment. Where as other places I called quickly dismissed me due to a full schedule. Thank you, Sue and team!

The prescription is wildly different than any prescription I've had for 30 years. I've been told I have no astigmatism which was even diagnosed at John Hopkins. And by several other doctors. But the response is, "those doctors are wrong, I have 30 years experience." Well, those were ophthalmologists not optometrists like him so actually they would know more of what they're talking about. He looks at you two seconds. Didn't relook at me when I brought up these issues to them. Refused to look at the printed records I brought. Do NOT recommend. Please go somewhere else and save your eyes. I've been told two male doctors here. Dr. Bittings is the WORST. Look him up. Frequent bad reviews. I have never felt such little care from a doctor. When I had an issue with a prescription from a past doctor in NJ, I saw him, he inspected my glasses, he rechecked my eyes, he sat with me and worked with me. Dr bittings disrespected me by bragging about his experience and denying he could possibly get something wrong. Wild to me. Adding he lied that he wouldn't give me a 2 week contact prescription. Only Dailys. Which is a lie because my friend has monthly's from him. She warned me not to go to him. Should have listened.

Dr. Bittings is so pleasant and professional. I appreciate both his expertise and how he treats his patients. His staff has been cordial and efficient.

I was scheduled for an emergency visit for a complaint of blurred vision 4 years after cataract surgery. I did an eye chart test & hustled to the next stall only to be told by Dr. Bittings that my vision is the same as last visit. He did nothing but say come back in 4 months for a pressure test. I tried to reason with him that was not acceptable for why I am here. Sending me to another Dr. It was a total joke & worthless trip; Avoid Bittings at all costs.

Wait time for appointment was very minimal. Staff and Dr. Were very friendly and engaging. They took the time to answer any questions or concerns. Good experience

The people are polite and knowledgeable there work. I went to Bittings and he is professional ,and takes his time. The office is clean and comfortable and the wait time is minimal
