Very satisfied with my experience getting an eye exam and eyeglass purchase here. 100% recommend. My suggestion to others, if wanting to make an appt over the phone, is to bypass all the automated options by saying "speak to a representative" and then you'll get connected to a live person at the Westminster Townmall location who can he'll schedule your appt and answer your questions :)

Was literally able to get a same-day appointment. I had the honor of working with Morgan and her associate they could not have been more pleasant. The Dr was very sweet. Highly recommend this location did not try to upsell or anything or honest and upfront.

Desk staff was fine. Doctor, however, took approximately three minutes to do my exam. Rushed me through, sent me home with the totally wrong rx.
She also took my glasses to "check the prescription" then insisted she set the equipment to my rx when I insisted I couldn't see anything "well this is your prescription"
UM MA'AM I ought to frigging KNOW that I can see out of my glasses but not your settings.
She then asked me why I had "a prism" in my lenses. I don't. She argued with me and became super condescending "Well you do whether you know it or not"
Called my last eye doc to confirm? He was like UH NO YOU DON'T.
So yeah. Noped out. Called my insurance company today and called the location ro explain.
At least the manager was reasonable and refunded me and did not push through my insurance claim because I had to go somewhere else for my exam.

Great experience all around. I had not had my eyes checked since I was a kid, but I knew I needed glasses at the ripe old age of 40. I did have some nerves going in but the entire staff was so kind and knowledgeable. The optometrist explained everything and answered all my questions without making me feel silly, and special shout-out to Annette at the front desk. She was so sweet and helped me pick out perfect frames that I get so many compliments on. Thank you all, I highly recommend this location :)

If you go. Go on Mon or Saturday ask for Annette to help.you she was fantastic! The other guy was pushy and made me feel rushed and the dr made me feel embarrassed because I could not afford all the eye tests.

This was the first time I had gone there (always went to my ophthalmologist previously so I was a little nervous to try something new). Initially it was a little disorganized because the tech was confused about what patient she was taking back and didn't explain the test she was doing before she did it (so the blast of air into the eye startled me) but they quickly made up for it with excellent physician (Maria Pham) and the techs that helped me pick out my glasses. I would definitely go there again.
Dr. Pham explained everything and made sure I understood all concerns with my eyes and made personalized recommendations. She gets 5/5 stars .
