Very happy customer! I had not been to the eye doctors in 8 yrs. Had no idea how much things have changed. I received top notch eye exam and my eye doctor took the time to show me everything. I was there few a few hours doing the exam and taking advantage of the 2nd pair 40 % off sales. Lots of frame to pick from. I wanted them all. Rhett Troxell is great that he does. Riley helped me with my glasses today. From time to time I need to have the nose pads fixed. She always takes care of me. For 2 years now she has taken care of me with my actual appointment and repairs. She is always there for me and goes out of her way to help. Thank you Riley. I appreciate your attitude and help.

Great place! Rhett was amazing to deal with. He was professional, friendly and funny. Nice guy! The other 2 ladies at the front desk were efficient and very pleasant to deal with also. Highly recommend!

Seems to always be a problem with billing. First my insurance was charged for lenses and I never got lenses. Now charging my insurance for a covered item and apparently getting a denial because it's not being submitted correctly. My insurance called the Westminster location to explain how to bill it correctly and someone there told insurance that they aren't going to resubmit. I called the 1-800 number and they asked me how to bill it correctly, like I work for the insurance company.

Only staff with any kind of personality was the gentleman behind the front desk. Did not tell me that I would have 300$ out of pocket cost with my state insurance. Waste of my time. Took script to Walmart and got a pair of progressives covered by march vision free. I don't know how this place is in business.

Went to the My eye doctor in Westminster today and had a wonderful experience. Greeted very warmly by the nice lady at the desk and she got all my information up and ready for the lovely lady that helped me pick out frames for reading glasses and sunglasses. Lots to choose from. Good prices friendly employees what more can I say. It was a great experience.

After receiving my eye exam, I went to select a pair of prescription Ray Bans that I wanted. They didn't have the model I wanted on display, so I asked Bridget if they could be ordered and she assured me that they were a discontinued model and couldn't be ordered. I said ok, I'll just take a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses then. While waiting on those, I drove to Target Optical and inquired about the pair of regular prescription glasses that Bridget assured me were discontinued. Guess what, not discontinued. I ordered them and they arrived in 2 days! 15 days later, my sunglasses at MyEyeDr arrived. Lo and behold, they don't have the RayBan logo on them. Bridget never explained this to me. If I needed to order authentic Ray Ban lenses, I would have. While I don't need the logo, it makes me wonder what I spent all that money for? Overall, as other reviews have mentioned, I found Bridget to be uninterested to have my business, uninformed, and overall not pleasant. I won't be back to this location.
